I've been going here for years and have weathered several changes. Absolutely loved Dr. Mettman and hated to see him leave. That said, my last visit was horrible. The front desk staff was still the same friendly women, but I bet there was 70% turnover overall. Karen, a new hygienist, gave me the worse cleaning I had ever had and that was after making me wait for 20 minutes passed my scheduled time (her previous patient walked out 20 minutes earlier. As for that scheduled time, it was supposed to be 4/26, but they called the morning of 4/20 and asked if I could come in that day. In addition to the stunningly short polish job, Karen was judgmental and rude. As for the new dentist, he was there but didn't bother to come meet me or check Karen's work.

I have nothing, but a positive review to give on Dr. Andrew Mettman and his staff. I love the environment at this practice. The doctor actually cares about his patients. Unlike many physicians, I was actually glad this doc called me to follow up on how I was doing post teeth extraction, and how the new set of partial dentures fit. I was glad when I tried them on, and had difficulty getting them on, I was able to call their office, and was seen on the same day. 🙂 In general, excellent dental practice. I'd recommend this practice to my friends n family.

Can't recommend this place enough! The Dentist and entire staff were just great people and I look forward to going back! Had to go in without my insurance active unfortunately but the pain in my jaw and head had just been bothering me too much, and even without coverage they still gave me an extremely reasonable rate for a much needed tooth filling. Very professional, efficient, and super clean environment! I was there on Monday and within 24-48 hours all my pain disappeared. My focus is back and I feel great, thanks so much!

Midwest Wichita has been my dentist for a couple years now. I am not one to stay at any doctor or dentisrd office who aren't personable. The wonderful ladies at the front desk are so friendly. They always seem happy to see me and remember who I am. The hygienists and the dentist are all friendly and down to earth! A specific lady named Dawn was so gracious last time I was there and took my 4 year old son to the kitchen for a snack and she played toys with him and conversed so well with my boy so that I could get my teeth cleaned in peace. It was an amazing experience and really is every time I go! This place feels like family and I'll probably never switch. I even drive a longer distance than most would probably care to drive, just to go to this place. Thank you Midwest.

My first experience was outstanding! I felt at ease and was given all information that I needed. There is not the typical hurry up and who's next vibe. I can't wait for end results!

I love my dental office staff and dentist. Everyone is very thoughtful, thorough, and kind. I used to dread going to the dentist but you all make it such a good experience that I do not ever dread going anymore. Thank you!

I have been going to Midwest Dental about 20 years. Before it was Midwest Dental but Diana Quillen was there. I love her and all of the girls there. They are all very professional and very friendly. They are like family. When my dad passed I was very surprised when I received a sympathy card signed by each girl. I have always been happy with any work they have done on me. I highly recommend Midwest Dental.

Dr. Mettman was friendly, professional, and from my experience highly skilled at his work. I have a chipped front tooth which I've had repaired with composite every 3-4 years (by different dentists as I have moved around). Each time it has looked or felt a little unnatural, but Dr. Mettman spent the time to make it look and feel perfect despite having a busy clinic. Front desk staff and hygienists have been great the couple of times I've been here. Overall great experience.

I had an AMAZING experience! They were able to see me for a same day appointment. They were very friendly, accommodating, and quick! The entire process (including new patient paperwork and a filling) took a total of 35 minutes. The doctor who did my filling was so kind and made the process so easy. I felt relaxed and confident that I was getting the best care. I would definitely recommend Midwest Dental to anyone looking for quick, friendly and focused service dental care.
