This dentist office is amazing! The Dr.’s and staff are kind and gentle. Everyone there shows you they care. Going to dentist is stressful for me and I took way too long getting to one because of my anxiety. I still get anxious, but they are so kind and patient. Dental health is important and that’s why I power through my anxiety. Dental care at this office makes that easier for me. They are conveniently located near my house which is why I chose it, but I would drive across town to be seen at their office!

The front desk person, the business manager, the dental hygeinist and the dentist inspired me to be my better self. They were all kind and happy and professional, and I really appreciated the bright lights of their decency, especially during these times of change and uncertainty. They are carrying forward the good work of Dr. Jimenez and his crew.

Dr Jenne was very kind he explained everything and told me what to expect for next time. His assistant was also great, very friendly and made sure I was doing alright throughout the procedure. Thanks so much for your kindness.

I no longer use this dental office.

I requested the office manager/scheduler in the past and present of my “minor” and barely 18 y/o children not to scheduled repair procedures or refer them to orthodontist about major dental procedures without talking to their parent first.

Sounds like a simple request huh, since their our children, our responsibility and our cost.

It’s perfectly reasonable to talk to (18 y/o) about what was found or advise them of all treatment options as I advised the office manager. Discussions with minors should always include parents.

She thinks she can completely disregard my request of minors and dwelled on the 18 y/o saying they have the right. Conveniently skipping what I said about minors which they’ve also done because she’s know that definitely wrong.

True enough of the 18y/o but they’re not paying the bills or clearly understand that they can tell you yes, no or not right now.
The arrogant disregard to what the parent(s), request lacks any reasonable thought or customer care. This was something she was willing to argue about!?

Your office provides a CUSTOMER service and is NOT!

1. The parents

2. The primary insured individual.

3. The person responsible for payment(s)

4. The person who requested service. (Not a child)

5. You use the fact these kids didn't and don’t know how insurance, deductibles, co-pays or office visit charges are generated or work to get to the next chargeable procedure.

6. My kids thought they had to do whatever they said whether necessary or just suggested as “CHILDREN” wouldn’t know when a doctor or uniformed staff are talking confidently at them.

I don’t have issues with the physician or licensed care I received. My complaint lies solely on the office manager. I can only hope for other parents the licensed staff does something to address it’s unlicensed office staff.
