First off he told my wife she needs to pull all of her teeth. second, third and fourth opinion says he’s crazy why pull good teeth Just to replace with implants. Then steals $2000 that we prepaid for two years still haven’t received the money secretary tells us they’ll be stealing 250 of the 2000 before they give it back mind you it’s been over two years with no work performed we went with a different dentist as you should….. Bottom line if you can’t afford to work on peoples teeth without getting money upfront you probably shouldn’t work on peoples teeth beware this is a money hungry operation they are out to help nobody..

My fiancé had to see a new dentist and Wichita family dental west was very friendly, polite, and provided a great experience for him! He loved the view from his room, enjoyed chatting with all the staff, found the dentist very professional and kind! They have been very helpful and I’m looking forward to continuing to see them! Doc Amy and Erin were absolutely amazing. I made the call for this Saturday appointment only 2 hours before walking into the clinic. I walked in with the worst toothache and they took such good care of me. They listened to me and did everything they could to keep my comfortable through my root canal procedure, and got the entire process crown and all done in one day. Wichita Family Dental was not my primary dentist office before today, but they definitely are now. Thank to everyone who helped me!

My husband needed to get in right away this weekend for a dental emergency. We’ve been to the East clinic before so we called them before business hours and to our amaze someone answered. They referred us over to the West Clinic since they could get us in quicker. I was amazed! They went above an beyond to take care of my husband. On a very busy Saturday they made time to give him a root canal and crown! While yes, we were at the clinic for a long period of time they balanced us in with the regular appointments, all while down a Doctor. I was very pleased with their patient care and pain management as my husband was extremely painful. From the front of the office, through our procedure, to the time we walked out the door I felt like we were #1 priority with every person we encountered. We will most certainly be back for regular cleanings and every other dental need we have. We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care we received today!

Dr. Hubert and Jess did an exceptional job. I always get nervous to go to the Dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and put my anxiety ridden mind at ease. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was nice and welcoming. Also love the decor and the music. I even got a blanket because I was cold! I would highly recommend Wichita Family Dental West to anyone!!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years, didn’t see the importance of taking care of my teeth, but now having two kids and needing to be a role model i decided to call wichita family dental and get in, they had a cancellation THAT day , felt it was a sign! I was super nervous and quite embarrassed but everyone there made me feel super comfortable, explaining things to me. i’ve gone back 3 times now and annie has taken care of my deep cleaning, reassuring me, checking in on me during the cleaning to make sure i’m ok, and now i’ve gained some confidence back, im not done but i’ve for sure found the dentist i will continue to go to to make sure my teeth are taken care of!
