I was frankly disappointed and annoyed. I called the office in advance to ask if this office did the new digital dentures. The person who answered put me on hold and I am assuming asked someone. I was told yes they did. I asked how much would a consultation cost. I was told there would be no charge for the consultation only a charge if x-ray or scan was done. At my appointment today I was told she didn't know what I was talking about when I said digital or 3D dentures. The dentist was in with me at the most 7 minutes. I was given an estimate for implants not dentures and then charged $51 for the "consultation". When I mentioned that I was told the consult was no charge. I was informed there was a charge for the office visit. WHAT?? WOW!!

Had a lot of work to get done! They got me in quick, and formulated a plan of action that worked with my insurance and wallet! Truly an amazing staff that executed their plan of attack with precision and care! Attentive to all my needs, was an all around tremendous experience! Highly recommend!
