Everyone I encountered was so friendly and nice. It was the most thorough exam I have ever had and everything was completely explained to me. The best part was all of the help with figuring out payment options and how to get my dental plan taken care of without going broke! Because they took the time to talk to me and help me, I can finally get the work done that I have needed for years that was over looked by other dentists and get the mouth guard I have been struggling to find the finances for! This has, by far been the best dental experience I have ever had!

Phenomenal experience! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and the most down to earth, easy to talk to stuff and doctors I have ever met (.) I was able to make three appointments in a timely manner for me and my two sons. They both have anxiety going to the dentist. However, they were both comforted by patient staff and actually looking forward to their next appointment! I want to say THANK YOU to each of the personnel from the front desk, x-ray tech, hygienists to the Doctor.

Amazon experience! My husband has not been to a dentist in over 20 years! Major anxiety he had, although they were so understanding and kept us in the loop at all times of what they were going to do. Pulled his tooth and took good care of him. Highly recommend!

I had my first experience w/ Aspen Dental in Danville, Jy. Could not have been more pleased or welcomed by the staff there!! To my surprise it was the best dental appointment I have ever experienced. I go back again next week and I am so at ease about my follow up appointments. Thank you Aspen Dental for an amazing experience! Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

Scheduled an 8am appointment, put chipped tooth as the reason for coming. was told by a very nice lady that my tooth would be fixed after all my new patient work was done. Was there for two hours- at one point I sat by myself for over 30 minutes just waiting for someone to come fix my tooth and then was told they weren’t fixing it unless I came back hours later or a week later.

I will be honest I was VERY nervous about going because of some of the reviews I've read plus I had done had one bad experience elsewhere but I have never had such nice and caring people at a dentist before. I had to have a tooth extracted and the doctor was simply amazing,he was gentle, thoughtful and so kind. I'm now switching dentist because I absolutely love this place ❤️

Dear friends,
I would like to share my absolutely terrible experience with this well advertised as "kind and caring people " dental office. It's extortion place.
BE AWARE!!!
I've had a very little problem, which ANY dentist can fix in 10 min. I schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance , when I came, they said "we can't take you today " no explanation!!! I re scheduled.
I finally walked in and after getting unnecessary x-ray, and being pushed to buy all needles and overpriced services, I was left alone for almost 2 hours sitting in denial chair. Finally Dr. Sandor showed up and continued to sale me their "deep cleaning " service.
I explain again and again that I would like to fix my tiny tooth filler, that why I am here. Please. He seems to be upset and left.
Another woman came and introduced herself as an office manager and asked me to come with her.
In her little office she confirm that I am here because of tooth filler and asked me to pay $350
.I said okay and pulled my card to pay.
"Do you want to schedule it" she said.
I was very surprised, I just spent 2 days, taking time from my work, I just was sitting in a dental chair for almost 2 hours and received NO SERVICE. Why I need to schedule it again???
She has no explanation and asked me to pay $350
For what? I didn't recieved any service? I am leaving with the same problem I came! If dr.Sendor doesn't appreciate my time, I never come back here again.
If you don't pay, we'll send it to collection. She said.
I left that dental office with terrible headache, I just couldn't believe what is happened to me.
I never had anything like this.
People who are working there are rude and unprofessional!!
I want everyone to know it, before you end in the same situation.

This was a horrible place to go for dental. I went for a routine cleaning. I made the mistake of telling them that I didn’t floss as often as I should and sometimes my gums bleed when flossing. The girl that was the hygienist kept saying in her “professional opinion” that I couldn’t do regular cleanings anymore. That I should start having a periodontal cleaning. My insurance company would only pay every 6 months and I would still have to pay $56 out of pocket. The Hygienist wasn’t happy with that. She kept saying in her “professional opinion” that I would be required to have periodontal cleaning every 3 months. I couldn’t just do 6months because “once I seen it, I can’t unsee it”. That means I would have to pay $245 for those visits as my insurance company says every 6 months. I explained that I couldn’t afford it nor do I have time to take away from work so leisurely. They wouldn’t accept me as a patient unless I agreed to cleanings every 3 months. After going to another dentist, my gums wasn’t that bad and they didn’t recommend a periodontal cleaning at all. I was told by a someone I have a mutual friend with, that they used to work there and it’s scripted what they are to say to patients. So her “professional opinion” and “once I seen it, I can’t unsee it” is scripted. They wanted me to pay $602 a year for just cleanings and against my desire. They wouldn’t consider that at least every 6 months at $56 out of pocket for me was an option. At least I would have been getting some dental work. Thankfully I found a better dentist. So my review is to beware of unnecessary work to keep with their scripted messages and big profits.

Wanted to charge 7k for work that my new dentist is only charging me 3k for, and that's after 2k of insurance. My first appointment took 3 hours for xrays and the dental hygienist trying to convince me I had advanced gingivitis. Poked me till I bled and then said it was from gingivitis. New dentist said I didn't have any periodontal disease.

Aspen wanted to shave down 3 of my teeth and give me a crown, when all I needed was an implant.

After reporting throbbing pain from broken tooth during initial visit, aspen dentist waited 3 weeks to extract and didn't do another xray or check for an abcese. Tooth was extracted without antibiotics. 5 days later ended up in the ER with sepsis.

If you value your money and your life, stay away from this place.
