The staff was very good and listened very closely as I explained my situation. They were able to work me in and I was relieved of a very painful tooth. Their patience was greatly appreciated as I was having a difficult time hearing.
Yes, I would recommend Aspen Dental.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and I initially thought that I would love the office and would continue to come them. However, I was there for over two hours and all I got done was my x-rays. I was told I would have to leave and come back to get my teeth cleaned. I work, so I'm not able to just leave whenever I want. I thought that was a little crazy. Then, their systems were down and they were unable to tell me anything about my billing information. After calling me and having me come back to the office they told me my bill was going to over 900 after I got my work done!!!! Absolutely insane! Despite the incredibly friendly staff, I have neither the time nor money to continue going back.

Great experience. Everyone is very friendly. They took great care of me , keeping me informed of everything they were doing. They let me know up front what my expenses would be so I could choose to go forward or wait for a later date. Aspen Dental is definitely my choice for all my dental needs in the future.

I went it with what I assumed was an abscess tooth because of the amount of pain I was in. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in there and got X-rays and let me know I needed a root canal or extraction. Once I decided I just wanted it gone, they had everything ready within 20 minutes to get that tooth out. I am terrified of going to the dentist but they treat you like family there and do everything they can to make you comfortable. They just wanted to help take away my pain.

I had the best dental visit that I have ever had at Aspen. The staff was very friendly and absolutely great at making me feel at ease. The treatment is very affordable and have options to help. Dr. Whitney Deitz was hands down one of the best. She made me feel like more a friend than a patient which is important. Dental visits are scary for many people but this place makes you feel comfortable. I look forward to going back in a few weeks to show her what a great job she did. I highly recommend a visit.

I have been suffering from a broken tooth and extreme nerve pain in one of my back lower molars.
I called Aspen dental at 4:30 in an afternoon and not being one of their patients yet they got me in at 8:00 a.m. as soon as they opened from start to finish from reception to Jenna the fantastic dentist nurse Dr White and the oral surgeon Dr Sendor who removed my tooth was a fantastic experience 😎🇺🇸
the only the only bad part is the bill lol
I give them a 5 star rating on every level..
I am now a customer for life !!

Went in due to tooth pain. They did lots of X-rays and 3D scans. Did not fix the tooth that was causing pain. Told me other things that needed to be done. After all that they took me to the financial person she explained to me that all the procedures that they want to do would be 2300 when I just wanted one tooth to stop hurting. Also said that I didn’t qualify for monthly payments?? How is one person supposed to afford 2300 for dental care in one payment ?? I will not be back at all.

Customers beware: I was quoted $4000.00 for my teeth to be cleaned and a tooth repaired and no root canal was needed at the time. I was asked to apply for credit to cover the expenses of $2000.00. I have since went to an independent dentist for a second opinion. I had my teeth cleaned, tooth repaired and root canal for less than $700.00, all covered by my insurance. Aspen dental medical thieves. Deserves a zero stars.

My experience today was a total joke. I went in for emergency treatment of dry socket. They made me go through the entire process of a comprehensive exam, x-rays, 3d scan, hygienist poking and prodding at my teeth and gums. I was then lectured on what services I will need after the socket is healed. All of this while I am in immense pain, and begging them to just get the dentist to pack the socket. It took two hours for them to finally address the problem that brought me in. I was offered no local anesthetic or options for pain management or relief before, during, or after the socket was packed. I payed $92 for services rendered, and the packing fell out before I even made it to my car. I was told that it was okay, and the medication had enough time to help the dry socket, even though I was still in enough pain to be sobbing. So now I have to miss more work and pay more money to go see another dentist in hopes of getting some relief. I truly felt like they were more worried about the potential money that could be made off of me in the future, than actually treating the problem that brought me into the office in the first place.
