Madison & Deetra were terrific, making my first visit comfortable, their expertise in patient care was above what I might have expected. I was informed beforehand of every procedure and what I would experience. In the end I decided to allow Aspen Dental to do my dental procedures.

I called got in on a Saturday. was new patient, had very little paperwork maybe waited 10 minutes max. They had my tooth pulled quick and no pain. Will go back. Staff was very friendly.

I went to the Danville office to have my open sinuses stitched up after having a bad tooth pulled at my dentist. We were told over the phone by a woman from one of the Aspen offices that a surgeon would be there upon our arrival for our appt and we drove 1.20 hours away from our home only to be told in office there was no surgeon there and wouldn’t be till late next week. They had us scheduled for a cleaning ! And we never asked for one.

I was there for 2 hours, they spent 90 percent of the visit harassing me to buy prescription toothpaste and mouthwash. I received about 15 minutes total of actual dental care. I recommend unless you have a dental emergency to go somewhere else. However, you can get in to see them very quickly, which I know isn't the case elsewhere.
Also the dental hygienist smelled like a half smoked pack of cigarettes.

I went for the upper Dentures for $399. but I was never offered that price and was told the only dentures I could get would be $1452 . Really!!! and they wanted to pull my lower teeth which still in fair condition they are not rotten and still have 4 caps. I felt like I had just been dealing with con artists.
