The staff is very welcoming and kind.
I had an emergency and when I called I was treated as if I had been a long term patient . I called late yesterday and was seen this morning.

Everyone was friendly and made my visit comfortable.

Dr Hackett was awesome and Jennifer totally rocks!

I am a white knuckle kind of patient but
I felt truly at ease...

I highly recommend this dental practice.

With severe tetracycline stains, I have been self-conscience of my teeth my entire life. Dr Hackett has truly changed my life. I cannot speak highly enough about him and his staff.
I have seen 3 dentists over the years that have attempted, without success, to correct the problem.

Absolutely love this dental office! All the staff there treats everybody with respect and love! They get you in and out and they’re flexable! I had an issue with a large bill and they talked to the managers and found a payment plan that worked best for me even though I was denied with care credit! They’re truly amazing and truly care and I definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying I would rather have staples removed from a fresh wound than go to the dentist. I just don’t enjoy any of it. But, Dr. Hackett and his staff did a great job taking care of me in a pinch. I broke a retainer that had been in place for 18 years and needed a quick fix. I didn’t feel comfortable with my normal dentist, so now I have a new dentist. They got me in quick, made sure I was okay, and got everything taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough.

So I just left Audubon Dental and the service was phenomenal, the facility was nice, clean and beautiful. The ladies at the front desk was awesome and my cleaning service I got from Madison was wonderful and I felt like she went above and beyond(my teeth look good gurl😁). I'm getting other procedures done soon so I'll see how that goes. I definitely would recommend this place.

I've had dentures over ten years. Just want new ones. However the lady that answered the phone was rude, and in no way tried to make my experience as a new patient pleasurable. Apparently it's required that I pay for several visits before even getting fitted for dentures. She said I needed a treatment plan. How do you treat teeth you don't have. I was paying cash, with no need for financing. Um really. Doc, your desk staff is losing you clients. Sorry, but miss high and mighty is not professional, so if you are ok with how she treats people, that reflects on you.

Staff was great but they didn't offer to prescribe any antibiotics after tooth extraction. I've had severe nerve pain since. The 3 extractions didn't help. I ended up in ER d/t so much pain. Missing 2 days of work.

I've never had any major dental work until now. I needed either an implant or a bridge. Dr. Hackett discussed the options and I chose a bridge. The staff has been professional, friendly, and efficient. I've enjoyed my experience with Audubon (as much as anyone can enjoy a dentist visit). It has been a pleasant surprise!

I had an emergency, and they got me in quickly. I I have bad dental chair anxiety, and they dealt with it very well. They were able to do my procedure with very little discomfort. They talked me through as they did things.
