For a company that prides itself on... “We have one primary goal, to provide our patients with the highest standard of personalized dental care in a comfortable and professional atmosphere.”....I have learned that the highest standard of personalized dental care at this clinic, comes at a HIGH cost. Not only that, but the dental hygienist and dentists with whom I was seen by were unfriendly and awkwardly uncomfortable.
As a health care profession, I will NOT be making any recommendations to Audubon Dental. I went in for a cleaning and came out with a $1,242.00 bill--- what Audubon dental forgot to mention was that they charge over $1,000.00 out of pocket for the "Deep Cleaning" treatment in which they HIGHLY recommended. What I had not been informed of and did not personally know as I am not a dentist, a "Deep Cleaning" vs "Cleaning" are two completely different treatments, a $750.00 difference! To top it off, after my cleaning, Dr. Sun attempted to sell/ push Invisalign (>$2,000.00 out of pocket) as she said my bite was off, surprising since other dentist's have commented on the nice alignment of my teeth.
I wish I would have seen the first review before making an appointment with Audubon. If anything, I hope those of you who read this will either have full insurance coverage or think twice about choosing Audubon for your dental care. I for one was not impressed.

Bait and Switch, waste of time and money. After receiving a coupon on the mail for a decently priced cleaning, exam, and X-rays, my husband made an appointment and took an afternoon off work. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a good dentist. The hygienist examined him, and told him they could not clean his teeth, and that he would have to have the "deep cleaning" since it had been over a year since his last cleaning, and the cost of that would be close to $2000! Still charged the $59 that was supposed to cover the cost of a cleaning and an exam by the dentist, and did NOTHING! Bait and Switch to unsuspecting potential patients! Beware!
