I love the staff they are truly amazing. And Dr. Stan Wyatt, is sent from heaven above, I truly am 100% satisfied with the dentures. People you get what you pay for. Nice professional staff. I avoided dentist because generally the staff were too judgmental, lacking bedside manners. In this situation I felt more comfortable, at ease.
I made a serious commitment for future appointments because I was made to feel at ease in their environment. Staff was very proficient.

I was very disappointed in my latest dental appointment to Audubon. The first thing that happened I think the hygienist name was Jenny she was on the phone while I was in the waiting area and I could overhear the conversation and it wasn't a good one with whoever that person was on the phone and then she was rude because I didn't understand a question she got up and left the room and let another hygienist come back that's an attitude. She was obviously having a bad day but you're in a professional business don't take it out on me. I have two different insurances one is for all the basics that are totally covered and the other one is for specialty work like implants.I really feel that this should have been addressed before I ever came for my appointment. They work with this everyday and should have informed me from the get-go that it was going to come off my specialty insurance. So the next problem after the hygienist incident with Jenny. I inquired about my insurance I got another attitude about that. I have the right to know about my insurance they did not inform me at all until I asked the pressing questions that they were going to use my specialty insurance. I should have gotten up and walked out because this whole ordeal cost me off my specialty implant insurance about $353 by forcing x-rays on me that I didn't feel was necessary only to have a dental cleaning and oral cancer screening they didn't even address any issues about fillings which I know that I need. Which would have been covered again on my other insurance that is absolutely ridiculous .I don't think I will ever go back there again. I really feel like all they cared about was helping themselves to a quick almost 400 bucks. And Dr Hackett referred me to another dentist that didn't accept my other insurance for the same thing that he could do that would have costed me another $89 I feel like it's a conspiracy.

I absolutely love this place! The ladies at the front desk are the absolute sweetest and go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The dentist is so kind and does an amazing job at explaining everything in a way for you to understand! They give you all the options available and help you make the best decision. I highly recommend this group!!!
