Only good for routine dental procedures. Each and every time I go my record notes are either outdated or just plain wrong.
I paid over 500 dollars for a night guard that was made incorrectly at first, then didn't fit due to the carelessness of one tech when remade, and then ended up chipping my tooth! They made it right in the end by filling that tooth but the guard still doesn't fit completely right.
Getting the records and billing for this fixed was a nightmare for me as a patient. Everyone was so anxious and short with me. Only Dr. Kim herself had been the nicest person there. I will say they do marvelous cleanings and fillings, and if you don't need anything complicated you'll be fine.
They have good covid protections in place as well. Everyone wears masks and mostly stays out of your space.

Everything was fine. Had a short wait time, the procedure was done professionally by both the technician and the dentist, and future procedures were explained with no pressure added to follow up.

I have never in my adult life been treated in such a professional way than at Park Hill . I believe Shayla is one of th Techs , I quite don't know her position but she is great, She choose the right field to be in, I salute her and Dr Orbert was gentle as Lamb when accessing my concern. I FOUND A HOME !!!!!!

When I first moved to Lexington my parents took me to Dr. Sutherland. 31 years later i was sad to see him retire, but wish him all the happiness that will come with that. I was a bit apprehensive going into the new office because it was so new. I have to say it still felt like home. It was great to see Jenifer again, who was the last Hygenist to see me before the change. I didn't get to meet Dr. Kim after my cleaning, but I did get to witness her talk to another patient at the reception desk. She was very kind and impressively knowledgable. The doctor who I did see post cleaning was very friendly and easy to talk to. Here is to at least another 31 years at what is now Park Hills Family Dentistry!
