THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! the staff is the MOST disrespectful uncaring and downright degrading medical office have ever been to!! My sister was CRYING and panicked and offered to pay the "optional" fee of 100 for gas and was told to ' calm down because this stick is really pointy and the numbing should be fine, when I requested to be back there, front staff told me NO the room is too small, she will be fine. I have never had a more horrendous experience, and if I could give negative stars I would. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. and if I knew these people's names believe me I would post them. DR Allen please restaff your office because I don't see you having repeat customers.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to! The staff is kind and courteous and made me feel comfortable! Also the best place to bring the kids for anything they need!

Dr.Allen and staff were AMAZING they were so kind and friendly. They definitely made me fill very conferrable. My procedure went very good and Dr.Allen made sure it was pain free. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr.Jeremy W. Allen Family Dentistry!

Dr. Jeremy was amazing. I had to have a root canal on one of my molars. I never felt any kind of pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. All his staff was all nice and in good spirits.

Great dentist, considerate when working on your teeth to make sure you are comfortable. The staff who assist are very nice. The only drawback is somtimes having to wait for an appointment.

My daughter has always had anxiety about seeing a dentist. Today she saw Dr. Allen with no anxiety. He and his staff are amazing. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for themself or there family.

My husband called to make an appointment and was told by the receptionist that the doctor wouldn’t take WellCare because, and I quote, “if you can go to the dentist, you can go back to work.” As though WellCare were created specifically for freeloaders leeching off the working essential peoples during the pandemic. We’ve had WellCare for years. Not because we’re poor, or degenerate; but because we’re FORCED to have insurance. And because we don’t get sick, we don’t pay an insane amount for insurance that isn’t used. We pay a little for WellCare. Who cares if the benefits aren’t good, they aren’t being used anyway? But Mr. Allen is ignorant to the fact that WellCare is for more than fraudsters sitting at home waiting for unemployment with no intention to ever return to work. It’s very telling when a man holding a doctorate is too dense to understand basic insurance concepts (I know, just a doctor of teeth…but still). We didn’t continue to make the appointment. And, regardless of if our insurance provider ever changes, we won’t be making one with Jeremy Allen.

Our family loves coming here for dental treatment! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helps find the most affordable possibilities for our care. I highly recommend this practice!

So I have been having Severe pain in my back teeth and this Dentist refused to see me they terminated my services as I did oversleep and didn’t make it to my appointment by 30minutes. I was not aware of any policy they had to terminate services if you were late but I called reception to let her know I overslept as it’s very hard to get any sleep when your in such pain and she said sorry can’t see u go to emergency room to get antibiotics!!!! So disappointed ☹️

I was told that I wasn't his patient now. I did miss two appointments due to a disability. The first time I was knocked out 3 days and groggy and barely breathing. When I reach I let them know the exact reason for missing before. no problem. This time I had a PTSD episode, choking, nightmares, I didn't know who or where I was so I didn't remember. all that was on mine and my family's mind was keeping me alive I asked to speak to him...no they said. I have the right to explain why. Pitiful!! And very Rude
