Earlier this year my son, had a terrible toothache. I called London Dental, Explained the situation. He was in a lot of pain. They saw him the next day.
Friday, my husband’s tooth started to ache, By Monday morning , after a couple of long sleepless nights, when he woke up, Monday morning. His face and lip was swollen and in a great deal of pain. I called, they took him right in. Gave him antibiotics, and made him an appointment with a Oral Surgeon, (for a week later) to give antibiotics time to work.
I was impressed, very nice people working there. And they care .

I was so hopeless feeling. I had a front tooth filling fall out and my dentist called in sick to work. I dont know what told me to stop at London Dental but thank GOD I did. They saw it was an emergency to me and they fixed everything. I wont forget that! The folks here are A+++

Barb were GREAT!! They gave me help cause I didnt have insurance and they gave me info on a good dental plan!! Everyone there is sooooo Nice! A+++

Staff and Dr Woods have been polite and professional for the most part. However I had a credit for more than 400$ I assume because my insurance was over charged. I had follow up work that I was told cost 119$. Then received a bill for 227$. They have been vague about all of this until pinned down.
I have called 2 days in a row about new bill. Receptionist has been very short with me and I still haven't heard from billing dept.
I did find out they have my insurance listed to wrong company which is strange because I am getting statements fom my actual insurance carrier. All a little shady.
