One of the previous visits I had with them was a bit off but they were extremely busy. It felt rushed but they were short-staffed and I didn't know that at the time. They even called and apologized. Not many places do that. This dental office really does care about their patients, especially when something goes wrong. Also, they are extremely friendly and they definitely get the job done. They are so thorough when they are checking in with you. They explain everything with what's going on with you and tell you what needs to be done. Also, they do not judge you in anyway. Especially if you can't afford a procedure or if you have a history for getting cavities, they will work with you. They only care about getting you back on the right track to having better oral health.

This place is AWESOME, from the front door all the way back. Dr wood is the BEST. They took me in without a appointment, I had an emergency ( well to me it was) fixed my problem super fast. Explained every step before the did it. GREAT DENTIST and SUPER NICE employees. I have found my new dentist office. THANK YOU all for a truly AWESOME visit.

It's hard sometimes to be professional and personable. But London Dental Center does both. Having some Bridge work done and I'm very pleased with how it's going. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Dr. Wood is great but going here is not worth being treated the way the staff treat patients! I have an overpayment on my account of almost $500 that I have been trying to get them to refund me for almost a year now!!!! I have spoken with several girls upfront who give me nothing but excuses and attitude when I call. These people expect you to pay them upfront before they do anything for you but when you have credit and want your money back, they act like it is coming out of their pockets!! This seems to be a common issue with this place!!

Amanda gave me the most thorough exam I have ever encountered. I am amazed at what I have missed my whole life when I went to other dentists . I would not have lost some teeth , if I had been here sooner . I was very impressed. Thank you.

...I went here a couple years ago as a non patient, a walk in. Paying cash, I ask to have a chipped tooth repaired. The main dentist, an older man, does his scan then drills and fills THE WRONG TOOTH! He filled a tooth that WAS NOT BAD! ....once he says that he's done, I ran my tongue across the chip I came there for and the chip was still there! He filled the WRONG TOOTH! I pointed this out and he actually frustrated!!!! He starts the process over with the actual bad tooth, once finished he say, "the other one was bad, too, but we will try to give you a discount." The discount was like $10! Never going here again! Btw, the bogus filling just fell out of my tooth 2 weeks ago ...I'm going to a good dentist today to get this horrible job fixed.
