I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Schaefer and his team. My latest visit was for my six-month cleaning and check-up. Missi, the hygienist, was professional, careful, attentive, and thoughtful. She worked exceptionally hard to assess my needs and address them. She uses the latest techniques to improve your dental health. For example, after discussing the benefits with Missi, I opted for an advanced fluoride treatment this visit. It's readily apparent she enjoys her profession and her patients.
My appointment concluded with a visit from Doctor Schaefer to review the condition of my teeth and oral health. He was also professional, knowledgeable, and interested in providing me the best service possible. He is very easy to speak with and willing to provide both the pros and cons to your needs and the related decisions. He is one of the best doctors I have worked with over the years. A friend to all.
The rest of the team was also very attentive, professional, and supportive. They know their business and how to make the experience efficient and safe. I was extremely impressed with the protocols they follow for COVID protection.

I have spent too much time in a dental chair in my life, the last thing I wanted to do was to spend some more time when I was told the old silver filling had started to deteriorate my molar. But I reluctantly booked the appointment to remove the filling and prep for a cap. Being a newer patient at this dentist I was hoping for the best.
I can not rave enough about the professionalism at this dental office. From the check in, to the procedure, I felt like I was in the right hands. Every step of the way I was handled with care, any discomfort was kept to a minimum and the temporary cap that was fitted felt like my original tooth. I am looking forward to returning for my permanent cap!
