Staff is super friendly and quick to help you! I don't think I seen anyone from the staff that didn't have a smile on their face and said hello. They did amazing on explaining the breakdown of each bill and set up the next two appointments for us. They worked well with my tight schedule and getting us the best options for appointments. I will gladly drive an hour and a half to continue to use this one fir sure.

Only negative was that it was a long wait to see anyone. I was there for over hour and a half (with appointment) before seeing anyone. But that was all, everything else was fantastic. Employees were very friendly and reassuring and doctor was great, got two teeth pulled and barely felt a thing. Will be making it my permanent dental office, and not nearly as unnerved at having to see someone for problems in the future.

Went to Aspen Dental this morning for my appointment. From the smiling face and warm greetings from the staff and Doctor Grant is fantastic with a great chair side manor. The appointment was wonderful from start to finish. Will tell all my friends about this great office.

The office was clean front desk staff were polite and helpful. Took longer than I would have like to get called back cand help that. The lady that did my x-ray was just to sweet. She complimented me on several things and we joked a bit. I as very happy to the dentist I saw today my husband saw him before and he is very comforting. The hygentist on the other hand was a little cold. She came I said her name but I didn't understand it, looked at the computer, told she was going to call out a bunch of numbers (she did in fact) looked at my teeth called numbers and was gone. Billing did all they could to help me with my needs will have to see what I can do.

I thought prices were very reasonable for the work needed.
If all locations are like the Murray location then I'll only use Aspen dental from now on.

Everyone was very nice at the Murray ky office .they were very busy & still took time to make sure we were ok Even brought a blanket to my 86 yr.old mother in law. They were very efficient and got through as quickly as they could.Dr Grahm was just awesome with mom. She left very happy. Thank you Aspen Dental Team .

The staff are very friendly, but that's about the only positive. I've spent more in out of pocket expenses for "needed" services in the past year than I have in all my years at other dentists. I will not be going back to a Profit driven chain store dentist again.
