In the last year I have went to SEVERAL dentists who not only didnt inform me of the true nature of my oral issues but would push me on to other dentists. Then those dentists would just give me a print out as to how much it would costs to handle the situation. Never any explanation or in depth description as to how bad things actually were. Along with the fact I kept paying to be told the same information (so waste of a lot of money). But Aspen Dental in Murray was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end. VERY NICE people and understanding. They explain things in depth and in a way you can understand. It was also nice to be in a professional place yet they can joke with you whilst getting you taken care of. I personally like when employees come off as real people and not company bots. Lol but again, to be clear, very professional!! They make sure you're comfortable. I will most definitely be going back any and every time. I highly recommend these folks!!!

Made an appointment for a partial, the first appointment started off great, then the computer system went down and I was unable to finish as the were not able to provide me with options, allow me to pay and get impressions made. I was told I'd be called next day with options, however the phone call never came and I had to call in. I wasn't really presented options but paid my half down to make the appointment for impression. Upon arriving for this appointment I waited for 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The office made the impression and I asked several times how long until I would receive my new partial and was told they usually take a week. I was told if I didn't receive a call in a week to call in. Satisfied, I went ahead and paid the remaining balance. So I called 9 days later after receiving no call back. I called in again and I was explained the full process which is a month+ long process not a week process where I would to come in try on a wax impression after 3 weeks and have it sent off again for a final mold of my new partial which would take another week.
This entire process has been unsatisfactory to say the least.

Had 3 teeth that needed to come out. I just dropped by and they got me in. Took my xrays. Seen what needed to be done. Set a time the following morning and took them out. Very nice and pleasant staff. Dr. Gates, thank you for everything.

Very friendly staff that cares more about the patients needs and will actually listen to you. Will definitely be going back there for all my future dental needs.
