Went to Aspen Dental in Murray KY with a hole in my back lower right tooth! The dentist put a temporary crown on, but left the hole in my tooth! He then put a filling in the tooth beside it and made a hole in that tooth as well! So I came out with two holes! I didn't feel like I should pay for these services, but their finance manager called and was rude and told me I had to pay for services performed that day! I will not go back to Aspen Dental and would advise others to stay away from them!!!

While the service in the office is good, the problem with Aspen Dental is when you walk in the door, plan to be there at least 2 hours. They are not in a hurry to serve you, but debits to your bank account occur before you can get to your car to leave. Also, NEVER leave a voice mail for anyone at Aspen Dental. No one there knows what "a return phone call" means.

This was my first time going to Aspen Dental in Murray Ky. I was very nervous and also in a lot of pain. The staff was very kind and Dr. Gates was very attentive and explained everything he was gonna do. Him and his staff really helped me get through the dental work that I had to have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was the first time I felt very frustrated. We are 2 plus months out in our treatment plan, my visit was a long wait to see the provider and then it was hurry up and get us out. They were too backed up to do the x-rays, another trip back. The only appointment for the implant date is over the Christmas holiday, while we will be with our grandchildren, so yet another delay…. My finances were approved, but they had everything so confused it almost took a CPA to follow what they had done!! It was not a good day 🥺

I had a amazing experience the Dr was so nice and friendly and the nurses were amazing I really connected w them and they made me feel so comfortable especially Keeley and Danielle (I probably spelled that wrong) but they are awesome they made my visit so much easier

There are Dentists out there that unfortunately tell patients they need more work done than they actually need. Dr Graham is not one of them and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a rare honest Dentist! I dreaded coming in today for a scheduled crown but Dr. Graham found a way to fix my tooth. Not only saving me money but time as well. Thank you Dr. Graham your a rare gem in Murray!

If you need work on a partial plate do not go to the business, unless you bought it there. Went and waited 90 minutes to see some one. After a x ray that was not needed the dentist to me. I needed to have all my teeth pulled and needed 2 plates. Bull. I just needed I just needed my partial plate worked on. I will never go to any dentist again. The call center also knew what I needed and still made the appointment. Bad bad business.

Keep all receipts!!!! Paid for entire treatment plan in full on second visit with a 20% discounted as advertised. One month later received a bill for an additional $500. When asked staff they stated it was our fault for not asking for 20% off, which we had done and was removed on second visit when we paid in FULL and that we were responsible for it now. We paid in FULL on second visit but they refuse to honor it!
