I love coming to Advanced Dental Concepts!! The staff here goes so far beyond what you would expect for customer service and care here that I truly think this might be the best dental clinic in the country. They seem to use the latest and best equipment around. The dentist is very detail oriented and everyone there really seems to love what they do. Even better is that they’ll handle pretty much all of the paperwork concerning insurance and will talk to your insurance provider for you, leaving you free to focus on getting your teeth fixed up. I can pretty much promise that if you give Advanced Dental Concepts a shot that you’ll never regret it.

Jan is fantastic. I used to dread dental appointments. However, that's no longer the case. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Concepts.

If any of you are looking for the best dentist in your area let me introduce you to my dentist for 2 years now. Advanced Dental Concepts have the most patient and reliable dentists. They are all equipped with experience to handle any case. Last time I went there, I was complaining about my gums and the dentist was able to give me the right treatment at a very low cost! I’ve seen so many dentists, in many years, in so many different places, I’ve lost count. I have suffered with gum disease since my early 20's. I’ve never had such a wonderful, life altering experience as I’ve had at Advanced Dental Concepts. I am 53 years old and for the first time I have hope. Hope that my teeth won't fall out. Hope that I can have a real smile again. The dentist here is so knowledgeable about the latest technology. He's so gentle and really cares about every single patient. The staff treats me like one of the family and they make sure I am totally comfortable. I could go on and on with all this praise! It's such a blessing I found this clinic.

They are always very accommodating with schedule times. I really like Dr. Oza, he is very friendly and honest. I have really good teeth, so I have not done anything but my twice annual cleanings. But I would definitely recommend this office.

I was anxious about going today because I hadn't been since before the pandemic. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. This is the best dentist for people that are babys when it comes to their teeth.

Super friendly admin staff helped me figure out insurance and financing options with ease. My dental hygienist was so sweet and I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Oza is caring and determined to help with dental hygiene!

INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I picked this office due to the great reviews and services offered, very disappointed. I made a new client appointment for my family of four. Upon calling, I informed them of my insurance. The receptionist confirmed they accepted our insurance. I asked if they could verify my benefits prior to my appointment and gave my insurance information. I did not receive a return call with the description of what was covered, but was not worried due to them being initial check up visits. Received multiple reminders through text message of our appointments. Our first appointment was for Monday the 23rd, at check-in the receptionist was unable to find our appointment even though, I confirmed through text message. After I guess the receptionist finding our appointment I was handed " New Client" paperwork to fill out and handed them my insurance card. I completely filled out the multiple pages and returned them back to the receptionist. After sitting for some time, another receptionist came out with my card and informed me that they do not accept our insurance. I explained to her that when I scheduled my appointment I asked at that time if they took our insurance and gave them my card information to verify my benefits. The receptionist stated " Well I don't know who you spoke to, but we don't accept this insurance". Every time an appointment is made, a staff member has to initial who made the appointment. Instead of apologizing for someone dropping the ball and being sincere that they wasted my time they were passive and rude. It was a great inconvenience and the whole experience was handled in an unprofessional manner.

Without fail, the team at Advanced Dental Concepts impress me during every visit. They are always professional and caring and they always go the extra mile to make sure I leave with a smile on my face. And, thanks to the fine work they do, that smile is looking like a million bucks (though it didn’t cost nearly that much thanks to all the communication they did with my insurance provider on my behalf)!

Absolutely awesome! Great staff from the moment I called, during appointment everyone was helpful, explained everything, upfront about cost, answered all my questions. Highly recommend
