Three months after my "free" annual cleaning they sent me a bill. When I contacted them to find out why, they told me they no longer accept my insurance and didn't bother to tell me during the 6 months I waited for my appointment. Never once before, during, or after my cleaning did they tell me they weren't going to take my insurance. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. Absolutely horrible.

Biddeford and Saco Dental has helped me replace 5 old teeth that had root canals that went bad from previous dentists work in CT and FL. I was now faced with the option of pulling them or replacing them with implants (which were my first choice) My dentist helped me come up with a plan to get all 5 teeth replaced and just this week I had my last three teeth permanently implanted. They fit so great and have the perfect distance between them for flossing - yet, do not get food caught. It's heaven to have five new teeth via implants. Dr. Nelson is the "Bee's Knees" as they say. She is the best dentist I have had in my lifetime of 60 years! I highly recommend them for quality and care.

I cried today! I cried tears of joy! The amazing team here have finally helped me find myself again. Although it sounds dramatic I went through a illness took a toll on my teeth. They were/are in horrible shape and I was never given any positive feedback or hope from any dentist I’ve ever gone to. The amazing team at Biddeford Saco Dental Associates gave me hope.
From day one Dr Brayley and the amazing team there made me feel like my dreams can come true. That I could have a picture perfect smile again. That I could be proud of my smile. The beat part? I never felt judged! Instead it was a “let make it happen attitude”.
They didn’t drag their feet! I met them 1.5 months ago and today I went in to start get caps and bridges on my top teeth. Although what I have now is temporary, until the final product comes in, I’m still in amazement.
The best part... the whole team was exited for me! Everyone wanted to see and congratulate me. I, truly, felt like family! I would recommend anyone to go here! They are downright amazing and may have cured my dental anxiety. Thank you so much! Thank you for letting me into your practice. Although my journey isn’t over. I know I’m in good hands.

She is an extremely knowledgeable person, making sure to explain everything in an understandable manner. The whole process was quick and painless as possible.

I have been a client of Biddeford Saco Dental for over 5 years. My experience is that the practice is highly efficient, friendly and very professional. From first entering the office until checking out I have had my questions and concerns answered. The dentist is very thorough and always lets me know the condition of my teeth and any pending issues. The hygienist does a great job communicating as well and answers all my questions and concerns.
The new office is very welcoming and clean with state of the art equipment.
My only concern is that the waiting area doesn't always allow for privacy for clients regarding insurance, billing and other personal data. As much as I like the open reception area this may make some clients a little uncomfortable.
