Hygienist was nice and did a great job. Gave a three because my first appointment they recorded in their system as a different time than they wrote down for me. I wouldn't have cared too much but then I came in for another appointment that they didnt even have in their system. They didnt apologize which left me feeling uncomfortable. Found the reminder card when I got home and decided to cancel my future appointments. When I called the woman was actually quite condescending, gave me a lecture on how people make mistakes, and laughed when I said I would still like to cancel my future appointments. I understand people make mistakes but when you do, it's good practice to be kind and at least make an attempt to fix it.

Biddeford Saco Dental, for a small business owner, is literally the only place that gets me! They make me feel known, beyond just the dental side of things! They take care of me and my entire family, and for us employed folks who don't have dental insurance, they have the best cash alternative you can imagine!

We travel across the country in an RV and I have attempted twice in the past 7 months to get a loose implant fixed. BDSA was able to get me an appointment in a reasonable time and Dr. Roskelley and his assistant Arlene knew exactly how to tackle the problem . Nadine was extremely helpful in getting my records from Texas and the ability to fill out all the forms online before coming allowed for longer time with the Dentist. Going to have them do a crown before we head out on our next adventure. The fantastic team at BDSA is saving me a trip to Texas to see my regular dentist now and I am extremely happy with the fix. ;-)

Parking situation could be improved upon, but other than that, it was a good experience. Appointment was timely, and staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Good at keeping me informed, and explaining what they are doing and what I need to be working on quite thoroughly.
