By far the best dentist I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in, their attention to detail is obvious. Very clean, with complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists themselves are incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. My cleaning was done well, but much more gently than I was used to, which made for a more pleasant experience . They even have a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while they work. I imagine this would be great for anyone who gets nervous at the dentist. Dr. Lam was kind and competent. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and took my concerns seriously. He did not try to sell me on anything or suggest unnecessary treatments just to make more money, an issue I've had with previous dentists. Really from beginning to end, top to bottom, it was an impeccable experience. I will be recommending Three Creek Dentistry to anyone I know in the area. I'm actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!

Very clean & modern dental clinic. Entire office staff was friendly & professional, including receptionists. Dentist & dental assistant were very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive & kind. Dentist took the time to talk to me abt my issue & explain things. Felt he showed care & concern and was professional. Highly recommend this practice! My husband goes there too & he is also happy with the care he has received at Three Creek Dentistry.

After a terrible experience at another dentist, it took me awhile to find the courage to find a new dentist. All the amazing reviews helped me find Three Creek Dentistry and the reviews were true. The staff was so kind and really gentle. The Netflix above the chair is an added bonus while getting your teeth cleaned. Everyone from the front desk, to the the hygienist and of course Dr. T all made me feel comfortable. If you're a nervous patient (like me) then this is the dentist office for you!

As soon as I walked into the door, the front desk women greeted with such a warm hello.I had one of the last appointments (5:30 pm) and I figured everyone would be so tired but that was not the case at all! Everyone was so nice, down to earth, and so welcoming. The young lady that cleaned my teeth ( the one that likes to travel abroad and help others) was absolutely so kind. I felt like I was speaking to a friend I hadn't seen in years. She gave such great advice on what tooth brushes to buy! The rooms are gorgeous and clean! Once Dr. Trinh came in, the atmosphere was so fun. He was so inviting and made me feel apart of their team. He was the first dentist in my life to explain my X-rays. I LOVED that! I know nothing about teeth but I felt like Dr. Trinh wanted me feel invested during my appointment. I had a wonderful experience and told all my co-workers about it this morning! Great dentists, great space, and great overall! Thank you Three Creek Dentistry.

Dr. Lam is an artist! My previous front tooth bonding ran its course and I needed to have it fixed asap. My tooth looks amazing. They were friendly, professional and upfront with costs. A great experience.

Terrible experience with their billing - my husband provided Three Creek with his dental insurance card when he showed up to his appt and asked them to confirm if they are in network with our insurance. They confirmed to him that yes they are and that his cleaning with have no out of pocket cost. Once he came out of cleaning they said they are not in network and he has to pay for the cleaning. This cost $234 and we tried to call to explain what happened. They later claimed that the card provided to them at the appt was a medical card, but when we challenged that a second time, they confirmed that a dental card was provided. At the end, there was no cooperation and we ended up paying for the service. Will never visit this office again…

Moved at the beginning of the year and wanted to find a dental practice closer to my new place. Three Creek Dentistry was the top recommendation in community groups. Made my appointment by phone and first availability wasn't going to be until June, but then I got a text message that there was an opening sooner. So, I went today! :)
The practice is in the center of the Red Mill Shopping Center. Plenty of parking and easy to get to as it's at the intersection of Redland and Muncaster Mill.
Lobby/waiting area is nice and open. Checked in and waited a few minutes before Kim (one of the dental hygienists) took me back. She checked my temp as we're still dealing with COVID-19.
I like that the practice has rooms that are semi private. Aside from the typical dental chair setup, the room has screen on the wall to view your dental x-rays. Then, when you are tilted back in the chair, there's a TV mounted on the ceiling. Kim handed me the remote and I got to flip through Netflix!
Did x-rays along with my cleaning today. Kim was thorough with cleaning my teeth despite my jaw limitations. Dr. Trinh came check-in. Did a cancer check as well as reviewed my x-rays in detail. Explained what he was looking for with my bone density and gums. Asked about my concerns. It's always nice to hear good things when it comes to my teeth, and I got good news from both Kim and Dr. Trinh.
Already scheduled my next appointment!

I had two decent experiences in 2022. I made my appt in July 2022 for January 27, 2023. And it has been on my calendar for that date for 6 months. I go for my appointment at 8 am this morning and no one was there. Google and their phone line says they open at 8 am. I waited outside in the freezing cold for 15 minutes, knocking on the door and calling. I finally gave up. But there was another individual waiting with me for his appointment. I just received a call saying my appointment wasn't until February and they were closed today and had no one on the schedule. I don't believe that me and another person mistakenly showed up on the wrong day. I confirmed when I made the appointment that I had written down the correct day and time. And they just blamed it on me for not having the right appointment time. I will be finding a new dentist.

I love the dentist’s and hygienist here, great location.
But just a little side note: the front desk could be nicer. Unfortunately, happens at a lot of small practices. There was a girl, Sage, that was so rude and short with the way she was talking to me. Was a bit disappointing bc I was referring my sister to them. First time this has happened since going for several years.
