My Hagerstown Dentist & Dentures

I was scared to death going to the dentist and after my first visit I was much more relaxed because of the care I received here. All the staff was very understanding and caring. Dr. B is very gentle and explains the process from beginning to end. The best part is he gave me back my smile. During my process of getting my work done I move to another state and he was true to his word. He told me when I was back in town if I needed any adjustments to just stop in and he would squeeze me in which he did and I wasn't there long at all. I recommend Dr. B and his team to everyone who needs to feel good about their service they receive.

Went in about 2 weeks ago with horrible tooth pain. Dr. B took care of the pain and was able to get me into his chair which hasn't been easy for many dentists to do. He made me feel totally relaxed and I swear I didn't feel the injections. I started the process of dentures. I got my teeth yesterday and all I can say is Wow. I can't believe how smoothly the process was. Thank you Dr. Baqai. You Rock!!!

First dental appointment came in crying. Frightened of dentists from bad experience and ashamed of my teeth! After extractions and new bottom teeth, I am absolutely in Love with my dentist Dr Baqai and my new teeth. Highly recommend and his staff is awesome! I will be smiling alot more! Dr. Baqui and his staff are the most amazing group of people I’ve ever met. In addition to being competent and knowledgeable, they demonstrate a level of care and compassion that’s rare in this industry. I highly recommend this dental practice, especially for seniors.

I have only had two appointments so far, both a while ago but I wanted to share my experience. The first time I went was fine, Dr. baqui was attentive enough, and the young girl who I assumed was the dental assistant (Whose name I cannot remember; she shorter with glasses) was an extremely sweet girl and was very pleasant.

My second appointment (about 6 months later) was not as good. It was a different assistant (whose name I also can't recall, though I don't remember if she told me or not) was not as friendly as the last one. She was extremely rude and I felt that she was overall annoyed with my presence. Dr. Baqui was as thorough and professional as the original appointment, and I have no problems with him, but I felt as though the second girl was all around unwelcoming and not pleasant to be around at all. I'm not sure I will be returning if the staff is always this rude.

From my original phone call, to walking out the door with my new dentures, I received excellent service every step of the way. My upper denture was well worn after 30 yrs. of use, and Dr. Baqai discussed some options with me, but in the end the decisions were all mine. All of the prices we discussed, were never changed or did not vary in any way. My process was 4 steps, completed in a timely manner, and my dentures were delivered on the date as scheduled. I want to thank the staff, for making my experience, and all my visits a pleasant experience.

OUTSTANDING & PRECISE along with Excellent customer service for this practice. Dental practice goes beyond to make sure you have the best experience you could ever want in a dental staff. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone (of all ages)!

What can I say what a great experience. I had a mouth full of lower teeth that were so loose I could barely eat. My problem was I was leaving on vacation in a week and a half. From the minute I walked into the office I knew this was the right place for me. As I shared my problem with the Doctor and staff. Dr. Sajid Bahai laid out an aggressive plan to remove 11 lower teeth and have a lower denture made before I left on vacation. Plan worked great and I was able to eat some great food in Louisiana. So if your looking for a great doctor and staff this is the place. Tell then Terry sent you Debbie will get a kit out of it. Thank you Acadia Dental and Denture. I have had the pleasure of Dr Bakai treating me without a bit of hesitation. From the moment I made the appt til I walked into the office, and when the tech Todd did X-rays, checked over history etc I felt like I had made an excellent choice. Dr Baksi is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He spelled out my treatment plan and the ball was rolling. I have been to the office 2x now and I continue to feel the confidence that the Doctor displayed at my first visit.
The 6 or so work areas are clean and bright as the waiting area when you first come in.
Very cheerful and observant staff. Debbie handles the reception area with ease as does Roxanne, the office mgr handle the financial aspect. Todd the assistant is a charmer but knows what he is doing.
I believe this is a wonderful place to go if you need straight answers. Thank you Dr Bakai and staff. You have renewed my respect and faith in dentistry 👍

No more Dental Phobia!. Dr. Sajid Baqai and his staff are the most amazing and caring dental practice ever. They are definitely the above normal dental practice that goes way beyond caring and and making sure you have a healthy and amazing smile. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. It's like " Love At First Bite." This group is truly the best in dental care. I will never go any where else!
