The team at Acadia Dental care about their patients. They are the best, most professional dental provider that I have been to. I got dental implants and I would recommend anyone who needs dental procedures done to call and go see Dr. Baqai and his team of professionals. You will be glad you did.

Dr.Baqai was a lifesaver for me today! My dog ate my temporary denture late last night and I needed it repaired immediately! He was able to get me in first thing in the morning and because of his onsite lab, he was able to get me a replacement denture in 5 hours! I'm SOOO happy for this service. He has the best bedside manner and his staff are courteous and very professional! I highly recommend his practice!

Oh my god! This place was great! The dental assistant Taj and dentist Shariq were super good at helping me feel at ease for my first major dental visit, two teeth pulled before I even knew the first one was out! Everyone from the front desk to the chair were super friendly and answered any questions I had with amazing patience, because I had a lot of them haha. I've already scheduled my next apt and plan on bringing the whole family!

My over all experience at Acadia was awesome Dr. Baqai is an awesome dentist. The rest of the staff was great as well. I was very afraid that this was going to be a very long and terrifying experience as I have had before from other dentist but that wasnt the case here. They are all very welcoming. I will be recommending Dr. Baqai and his staff to everyone I know who need dental work. I love my new smile thank you all very much.

I was very pleased for the service I received at Acadia Dental in Hagerstown. They were very professional and yet friendly. I am not someone that is a fan of dental offices. I was so very impressed with Dr. Baqai and staff from the first time I walked in the door to the time I walked out the door for each and every visit. Everyone was so personable and went out of their way to ask how I was or at least stopped by to say hello. Attention to detail was demonstrated by everyone. I was always greeted with a smile and definitely departed with a smile for the first time in many years.

My visit was fantastic. It was a short wait from my arrival as a new patient to when we got started and my extraction went quickly and painlessly. I'm planning on moving in a few months and I guarantee I'll be making the drive back to Hagerstown whenever I need dental work done.

The staff is friendly however I had 2 partials that never fit correctly and was always told it was my fault they never fit correctly so the next process was full upper dentures and a new bottom partial . The new top denture has never fit right and I was told on 2 different visits that I would need to use glue to keep them in........I just spent all this money to use glue to keep my denture in, I cant even talk without them coming out........the bottom partial is still the same as the first one as far as fit goes so I just wasted over $6000.00 dollars , I do not recommend Acadia to anyone!
