My Hagerstown Dentist & Dentures

Dr Baqai’s staff was very friendly professional helpful and knowledgeable. My dentures broke over a weekend. He was able to get me in quickly and repaired them on Monday. I decided I would need new dentures soon. They did not pressure my decision and were able to make the initial casts that day. When I was going for my final fitting there was a wreck on I-81. I called to tell them I may be late. They called me back and told me the best way to get around the mess. I was still late but they rearranged their schedules to fit me in. His office is clean, modern and easy to get to.
Dr. Baqai took the time to listen and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. His manor was very professional, friendly and relaxing.
My dentures were done quickly and are very well made. After Dr. Baqai did some final adjusting they fit perfectly.

I absolutely love the dentist and all of the staff here. They treat you right!! He always explains everything before he does it. I hate shots in my mouth, but he usually made me feel better about it and pinched my cheeks in a way that I rarely felt the actual needle. Great company to go to for your dental needs!!!

I was very happy with my first visit to Acadia, it was a very relaxed atmosphere which is most comfortable to me, no stuffiness needed. They were very helpful, I went in needing a lower partial, I have an upper partial that isn't right but I've been living with it for years, they told me what my options were then what would be best then would be best that I could afford and that's exactly what I needed. I had been to other places that told me they couldn't make a partial but gave me no other options and I knew there had to be something I could do and thanks to Acadia I'm getting an upper and lower partial that I can afford!!! Thanks Acadia...

My experience at Acadia Dental was a positive one, I have plenty of fears when it comes to dentist and needles, while under Dr. Baqai's care he exercised great care. I continue as a patient and look forward to promising results.

I have had problems with my teeth on and off again for over 8 years and I went to see Doctor Baqai. In every Dentist visit that I've made in that time not one time did the Dentist come out to greet me. This time he did, and he was very honest about how bad my teeth were and what his plan was. I had done a great deal of research on-line and other places and I cannot express my gratitude to Doctor Baqai and his wonderful staff for taking me on this journey and being there for me every step of the way. I have a full plate up top which feels so much better than those awful bad teeth that had become diseased over the years(hereditary). Thanks Doc, for everything and I will see you soon!

Sent me home today knowing I was in pain with an exposed nerve and broken tooth needed extracted. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment just to need to wait another 3 weeks to find another appointment now. No pain meds nothing to ease my pain. I’d never let someone walk out of my office knowing they were suffering...currently sitting in meritus hospital in Hagerstown because the pain was overwhelming after leaving your office this afternoon. Completely disappointed and honestly I’m angry

I cannot praise the staff and Dr. Baqai enough. They made the entire experience of getting dentures something completely different than I expected. The staff went out of their way to see that I was comfortable and never embarassed. Everyone at the office joined in and made me feel almost a part of the Acadia family. I would highly recomend Acadia Dental and especially Dr. Baqai to anyone and everyone. The experience is one that will change any fears or embarassments of getting dentures or dental procedures into a positive experience.

Went in today for the first time. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very willing to work with you as well .

Edit: I have been back a few more times and am even more impressed with how professional, nice, and willing to work with anyone they are. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and if you are looking for dental work this is absolutely the best place to go .

Had a great first cleaning. The dental aid listened to everything I had to say. Answered my questions and took extra time to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. Dentist fixed a sharp tooth for me too that had chipped. Will go back again for next cleaning as well as any problems that my come up in the future.
