My experience visiting Dr. Bawa at Potomac Crown Dentistry was unforgettable and enjoyable. Throughout my life, I have always dreaded going to the dentist office, having my teeth poked at and worried about feeling pain. But, at Potomac Crown Dentistry, I had a completely different experience! First, the office was beautifully decorated and colors were soothing making it feel like a relaxing spa with calming music during my treatment. In addition, the staff, especially the hygienist, was friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions and ensured that I was comfortable during my appointment.

Dr. Bawa is patient, compassionate and gentle when examining my teeth, making sure that I was comfortable and safe every step of the way.

If you want a dentist who is well trained, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, patient and cares about you, I would definitely recommend Dr. Bawa at Potomac Crown Dentistry for all of your dental concerns.

Dr. Bawa and his staff at his practice are really amazing and friendly people. You instantly feel connected to them as you enter their premises. The service is efficient and unlike my past experiences, very honest, professional and courteous. I would recommend this as a one stop shop for the entire family. Dr. Bawa and his staff are very patient and friendly with kids. Literally, your kids will come out smiling after their visit to Dr. Bawa!!

Dental Hygienist is absolutely wonderful with kids. Even though the atmosphere seems like a very zen, adult space it really sets a relaxed mood for my child too. She actually asked if we could come back tomorrow. We loved the Dentist too. Both of them taught us little tricks to help out at home with a tricky medical condition my kid has that makes brushing hard. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great group of professionals that make you feel relaxed and very well taken care of.

Dr. Bawa is a great dentist! He explained my procedure thoroughly. He let me know what to expect from my procedure from start to finish. I was nervous about my procedure for many reasons, and he made me comfortable by answering all of my questions. There was no pain after my procedure and my smile is better than before! His office has a great atmosphere too! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the DMV area.

I had an emergency in the week of July 4th, 2019 and my regular dentist was not available so I went to Dr. Bawa. I had to get a root canal done and went to a endodontist referred by Dr. Bawa. The endodontist told me that it was strange that Dr. Bawa put a crown on my tooth before the root canal procedure was done. To me that seemed that Dr. Bawa wanted to make sure I at least do the crown procedure with him, which didn't leave a good impression with me.

14 months later, I received an outstanding invoice. I contacted the office right away, and was told that it was from when I had an x-ray done back in July 2019. She claimed that the office had sent me multiple invoices and tried to reach out to me and I never got back. I have never heard anything from Dr. Bawa's office for the past 14 months, and if I did, why would I not reach out to them and, instead, let the balance sit on the account? It's pretty upsetting that I'm just receiving an invoice so long after my procedure, and I even checked with one of the staff at the office in my last visit and was told that my account was clear, and that I did not owe anything.

Long story short, if you have an emergency and your regular doctor isn't available, sure this place is perfectly fine. I have no complaints about what was done to my tooth, and the staff and Dr. Bawa were perfectly nice. But be aware that I personally experienced a few hiccups with this office, and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless there are no other options.

I called way after they closed, in complete panic with a dental emergency late on Monday night. Dr. Bawa picked up the phone on the second ring, and met me at the office 20 minutes later. The office was very clean, he was very professional and efficient; and I couldn’t be more thankful. He was not my dentist prior to this visit, but now he will be.

Extremely good, very caring and sensitive to your needs and how you are doing during any procedure. I am very happy with the dental work done. Thank you Dr Bawa!

Dr. Bawa and his staff are the most accommodating and knowledgeable staff. This is the first time my examinations, procedures were done painlessly. Highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Bawa and his staff are exceptional! I just started with my Invisalign and the whole process and decision making can be pretty intimidating but Dr. Bawa has not only been educative about it but also very patient which has made the process a lot easier! My whole family enjoys being seen by Dr. Bawa and his team. They’re excellent with kids as well! Definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a trusted Dentist.
