Potomac Crown Dentistry

I was afraid of dentists. I met Dr. Bawa and he assured me I would be taken care of. I am beyond pleased. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff. The office is very clean. I was treated with the best care. Shortly after I had an emergency and he was available to see me immediately and treated. I will never go anywhere else. I’m proud to have such an amazing dentist.

Very pleasant experience!! Dr. Bawa was very friendly as well as the entire staff. He explained the Invisalign process in a way that I could understand and he is always willing to be flexible with times and appointments. He will not have you waiting forever and is always available when you need to contact him. I am very happy with the way my teeth are turning out!!!

Very much recommended if you are looking to do anything that involves dental work!! Dr. Bawa is 100% dedicated to delivering the best service possible.

Started coming here a year ago when we moved to Gaithersburg and love it here. Even my husband, who doesn't trust a lot of doctors, will take time off so that we can both get appointments together. The office is familiar with our insurance and did billings quickly for the crown, fillings, and the cleanings I have had. The atmosphere is calm.

Here is my follow-up review. (July 2020)
My tooth was finally restored. It took 9 months. It was a long process but it was smooth and without an event thanks to Dr. Bawa.
He referred me to Dr. Dzyak, the oral surgeon, saying I should not worry because Dr. Dzyak was the best. It was true.
I had an oral surgery and got an implant in February which was a success.
Then a crown was finally placed by Dr. Bawa in July.
I regained the lost tooth. It just looks like my old tooth or better.
The teamwork by both doctors was great.

This review is about the facilities and the consultation/regular cleaning. I have not received any treatment yet. That is why I did not give them 5 stars.

1. The lobby is SO nice. They play some soothing music. The wall color is some refreshing peppermint blue. It all worked perfectly to calm my nerves when my front crown tooth fell out!! I was freaking out!
2. Dr. Bawa very calmly and clearly explained what exactly happened to my tooth, the next procedure, how to fix it etc. He helped me not to panic.
3. He took x-ray pictures of my teeth and showed them on the screen in front of me. He used those images when he explained the problematic areas of my teeth. Very clear.
5. Sepi, the hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle but thorough. My teeth had never felt that clean before.

All my family go to Dr. Bawa’s office now including our kids (a teen and a tween). Our daughter usually demands a female doctor but she has never complained about Dr. Bawa.

I will update after he fixes my crown tooth.

I had a wonderful experience at Potomac Crown Dentistry. Dr. Bawa does an excellent dental work! He really cares about his patients and always provide a variety of options to ensure you get the best results. The front desk is very friendly and efficient. I will highly recommend Dr. Bawa for his great service.

I’m received even on Sunday because I had concerns about accidentally broken tooth. Everything went smooth together with doctor explanation what will be next steps and what I can expect. Excellent experience. I would recommend Potomac Crown Dentistry to people who looking for great dentist.

I've been from cosmetic dentist to cosmetic dentist until I found PCD, and I've been a patient since 2018. I've had 4 crowns put in and multiple veneer reattachments from problems created at other offices. Not only am I satisfied with the work I've gotten so far here, but Dr. Bawa's office has always diligently worked with me to make adjustments to my crowns and teeth to ensure that I am completely happy with my smile. I will definitely be a customer for as along as I'm in the area. Highly recommended.

Im usually not a fan of going to the dentist...but Dr. Bawa makes it easy. From start to finish Dr. Bawa and his staff have been phenomenal. His referrals are reliable, he is incredibly personable, and performs procedures with a very high level of skill. I was in a lot of pain when Dr. Bawa took me in and he, almost immediately, knew exactly what to do and got it taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Bawa and the Potomac Crown Dentistry staff as a whole to anyone in need of high quality dental care.

Dr. Bawa is always able to squeeze me in for any emergency and is super professional! He can perform just about every dental service from his office, and if for some reason he can’t, he will go out of his way to make the necessary arrangements with another local doctor! Seriously, grade A service!!!
