Absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Bawa is pleasant, calming and very professional. He's happy to answer questions and considers your needs. I called them 11am on a Friday needing a last minute emergency appointment and when I told them I had a wedding to attend that afternoon, they were able to squeeze me in within an hour of my call. I had an infection and they prescribed me antibiotics right away and scheduled a root canal for the following Monday. Later they called to tell me that my dental insurance wouldn't cover anything else for the rest of the year, but we were able to divide payment between 2 appointments (the root canal and getting the crown implanted). I'm switching to their practice permanently and so is my boyfriend.

I had a really good experience at Potomac Crown! They were very understanding when I had to change my appointment. My cleaning was done very thoroughly and I wasn’t shamed for the cavities they found (like I was at my old dentist!) everyone from the hygienist to the dentist was nothing less than super sweet. Happy I found them!

I visited Potomac Crown Dentistry after long pandemic break. Their office has very nice renovated look and modern tools. I got the same kind of gentle treatment as before. My past review is below. I still highly recommend this place for dental treatment and long term care.

It is just after my first visit here. I agree with all 5* comments about this place. Clean, friendly and comfortable environment. More than that they explain everything clearly and no push for unnecessary treatments. My second visit after 4 months was also a very good experience. They treated me very gently. I didn't feel any pain even on the sensitive teeth. I highly recommend Potomac Crown Dentistry.

Dr. Bawa is great, very personable and makes you feel at ease. The ambience is great and calming for someone like me who gets very nervous at the dentist. Staff is welcoming and polite as well. Also had my teeth cleaned the dental hygienist gave me great guidelines on what to do for my oral health. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍

I had my first visit today. Dr. Bawa quickly diagnosed my issue and set up a necessary appointment with an endodonist. He then will complete the work. He was extremely courteous and explained everything completely. He took care of a problem that has been on my mind for several weeks. Thank you! My second visit was also efficient and courteous. Dr. Bawa was very considerate of my time constraints. On my third visit, my crown was perfectly completed.

Absolutely the best dentist!! Dr. B was very gentle with my teeth and honest about my needs for my teeth. Other dentist always are trying to sell me something I don't need. NOT Dr. B, he gave me the the facts about teeth and treatments. I felt as if he really listened to me and gave me options, not only for my health but for me financially.
