I had the pleasure of having Sepi as my dental hygienist when I visited Potomac Crown Dentistry for my routine dental check up and cleaning. She was helpful, caring and very knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to explain everything and address my concerns with patience. It was also a treat to meet with Dr. Bawa at the end of my visit. He performed a comprehensive exam and made the appointment all about me and addressing my concerns. Overall, Dr. Bawa and his staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend the Potomac Crown Dentistry for any dental needs.

Dr. Bawa was great. Broke a molar past normal business hours. To make matters worse, I am new to the area and didn't have a dentist set up yet. Potomac Crown Dentistry advertised 24 hr support...and true to that advertisement, Dr Bawa met me at his office at 8:15pm....an hour after I first called him. While it ended up that I needed a surgical orthodontist to remove the tooth, seeing Dr Bawa was very helpful and he gave me great referrals. I'll be going to Dr Bawa as my regular dentist....though I wish I found him under different circumstances. He also took the time to follow up on my situation. Very impressed!!

Dr Bawa and his staff were most welcoming in every respect. Like many, I am aprehensive when it comes to Dental visits. I had an issue that was concerning me and was impressed that Dr. Bawa answered the phone himself at 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday evening and was willing to see me then if necessary. I was scheduled for the next day and kept that scheduled appointment.

They got me right in and I started with Sepa, the hygienist. She was absolutely
superb. She did a thorough set of x-rays
and a cleaning like I have never had before. She was patient and answered all of my questions.

When she finished, I met with Dr. Bawa to go over what needed to be done in detail.

The office was modern and clean and what is usually a miserable experience for me was quite pleasant.

I first came to Dr. Bawa after experiencing pain following a procedure done at my former dentist office. That office wasn't able to see me. I visited Dr. Bawa for a consultation and needed a root canal.
Late that evening my pain worsened. My husband called the dentist office and Dr. Bawa met me at his office to do the root canal and stop the pain. I was so grateful.

Dr. Bawa has been my dentist for almost 2 years now. and I've had to do several root canals and fillings.
I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and have often avoided the dentist due to my anxiety until becoming a patient Of Dr. Bawa. I have had only positive experiences with him and the staff at Potomac Crown Dentistry.
Not only is he a skilled dentist, he is also kind, caring, and extremely patient. He has gone above and beyond to help me with my dental procedures and my anxiety at the dentist. I highly recommended him.

I've been a patient of Dr Bawa's for a few years now. He has always done excellent work and has been very understanding and accommodating to my somewhat crazy work schedule. Because I work in health care, I'm pretty picky about who takes care of me. I'd def go out of my way to see a dentist a trust so when I heard he was changing locations, I did't hesitate to follow him to his own practice. The new location looks fantastic. All the bells and whistles you would want in a new place. I had zero wait time when I arrived and had no problem scheduling my next appt given he had early times, late times, and weekends available. Strongly recommend Dr bawa.

I've never lived in the same area for very long. Consequently, I have had the opportunity to see many dentist, some good and some not so good.
I think it's safe to say that, for whatever reason, nobody really likes going to see the dentist. Some are anxious, some are embarrassed, some don't want to be lectured so they avoid going etc.
Fortunately, you needn't worry about any of that with Dr.Bawa. Right from the start his amiable bed side manner put me at ease. I was completely upfront about the last time I'd been to the dentist and what I was currently experiencing. There wasn't even a hint of judgment, quite the contrary. He was understanding and more concerned about focusing on my issues and offering solutions:) His office is spotless and is equipped with all of today's modern technology. During the procedure he routinely checked to make sure I was comfortable and ok. I could go on and on but the bottom line is I would be comfortable sending my family and friends to see him and highly recommend his practice.

Dr Bawa gave me an immediate appointment when my crown from another facility fell off. He explained me my options very clearly, even though it meant going some where else. He gave my problem detailed attention and brought me relief in a very sincere manner. I am grateful for his practice close to my house.

Dr. Simran Bawa is wonderful. He has very good bedside manners and takes his time to explain to the patient what he will be doing and does a good job. He is very gentle in his work and even kids love to go to him. Highly recommended.
