This is the first time I have encountered such an unprofessional and rude and ridiculously dental clinic, I made an appointment for dental fillings with the front desk manager a month ago, I told her that if I have extra time, I can do cleaning, if not, I just need filling, cause I really need to do the filling as soon as possible. So she scheduled the earliest appointment for me at 7:00.
When I came to the office early in the morning, they take me to do the cleaning, after it done the lady who help me do the cleaning tell me that I can only do cleaning today and have to come back other day to do filling, BECAUSE SHE HAS so many patients today. WOW..........what a ridiculous reason!!!!!!! What does it matter if you have a lot of patients? I'm not walk in patient! Am I responsible for your mistakes in arranging appointments??
Then I ask to talk to the manager who scheduled my appointment, then they arranged for me again, telling me to wait until the doctor come at 9:00 to do the filling. AS WELL AS LET ME PAY FOR THE FILLING NOW! ...... they want to grab the money without service?? I don't even know if they can do my filling today or not today.
For the mistakes made by the clinic, they didn't apologize at all, and the front desk was rude and impolite. And the lady who help me done the cleaning ask me leave the office. THIS IS THE WAY THEY SERVE THE PATIENTS !
