I’ve been going to Dr Duane for 8 years and he is simply the best. The office staff is also amazing and friendly. Cathy ( office manager ) does an excellent job . The wait times are never more than 5 minutes
( if that). A few years ago I moved to a new place that wasn’t as close as my previous residence but I still go to Rockville Dental Center .

Overall a decent experience with friendly receptionists and knowledgeable dentists who took care in cleaning my teeth. However there is one overweight Hispanic dental assistant with a thick accent that is extremely rude. Please tell her to take more English classes to fix her awful English because it is extremely hard to understand her and she needs to fix the attitude. It is people like her that need to get fired.

Very friendly staff! Great experience for my first time there, everyone was super nice. I'm 8 months pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable and were great at explaining everything! The dentist(duang) was gentle and made time to do more than one procedure at once just so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. Can't wait to go back in 6 months for my cleaning, they made my teeth feel great!

I came here with a lot of dental anxiety due to horrible past dental experiences at other offices. But this dentist made me feel so comfortable and they really took their time with my teeth cleaning and offered me great discounts because I didn’t have insurance. Highly recommended!!

As a new patient in need of a dentist in the middle of a pandemic, it was outstanding service. The staff and doctor were friendly and explained what was happening every step of the way. The office has taken all of health precautions needed to keep patients and staff safe. I would recommend this dental office.

Work well with MetLife Dental to make sure you only pay what is truly not covered.
Everyone seems very soft spoken or my hearing continues to deteriorate, but are very polite about making sure I understand.
