Dentist changed the cosmetic of my smile when fixing a chipped front tooth and was extremely insensitive when I asked if the height of my teeth could be aligned. Work seemed rushed and they didn’t event let me look at the work that was performed on my front tooth. I had to use the camera feature of my cell phone. I would not recommend this dentist.

I cannot recommend this dentist. I was offered Invisalign for cosmetic purposes, and when I said I wasn't interested in a strictly cosmetic orthodontic procedure, Dr. Duan said he'd misspoken, that if I didn't have Invisalign, my teeth would move and permanently damage the bones of my jaw. Not braces, mind you. Not a retainer, or wire, Brand Name Invisalign. Upselling is one thing, but actually lying to your patients to get them to buy expensive and unnecessary procedures is fraud. I also now suspect that the "look like stains but are actually very early cavities" I had filled (with the expensive not-insured fillings, they don't offer regular metal fillings here) didn't actually exist. There were other lies as well. I feel duped and betrayed. Go anywhere else. Pull out your own teeth with pliers. Seriously, don't go here.
