As someone that had several bad experiences at the dentist as a child, it’s important to me to find a dentist that is kind, gentle and listens to me. The kindness starts as soon as you walk in! I have seen other dentists there but Dr. Batres is my favorite. If you have an apprehension about going to the dentist, this is the practice for you!!! I drive over 100 miles twice a year just to get my teeth cleaned!

I had a great experience through the new patient process for my 2 daughters. Rachel and I communicated for several weeks to get the girls into the system and then scheduling their first appointments. Rachel’s responses on all my questions and her insurance information needs were handled in record time. The check in for the appointments went very smoothly with Tonya. The hygienist’s get high marks from my girls and me as well. We are scheduled for our next visit in 6 months.

Dr. Liu did great job on my surgery which is part of my dental implant. The surgery went through very smoothly, I can feel Dr. Liu has very profound experience on dental implant surgery in the operation. I just took the painkiller for totally two days. I am very grateful to him for letting me bear the least pain from the surgery. All the dentists and staff in Rockville Dental Center are very professional and nice. They really care about their patients.

The experience from start to finish was absolutely impeccable! I went today for a cleaning and check up and wanted to immediately share this review. The staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to break down the cost was amazing. It was apparent that both the hygienist (Chad) and doctor were extremely knowledgeable in this field and was able to break down complex dental terms into a digestible manner. They were all genuinely concerned about your teeth’s health and your experience. They never pushed you towards an option just to make more money (unlike some other offices I’ve visited). The dentist, hygienist, and receptionist created a comfortable environment during my visit!
