Now Dentistry: Dentist in Baltimore

I was referred by someone who gave this office a great review. However, the service I received was very poor. Below are a few issues I had with this dental office.

1. I scheduled an appointment over the phone two weeks ago— when I arrived for my appointment they could not find me in the system. The girl in the front was going to make me reschedule but another lady told her to put me in the system to be seen.

2. Dental chair was not properly cleaned another patients dusty foot prints were on the chair.

3. I asked for a copy of everything I paid for in detail. The detailed receipt had shown to bill my insurance $85 but the front desk person made me pay that $85 out of pocket before being seen. She then changed the receipt to show $85 paid out of pocket.

4. My cleaning was completed under 5 minutes (unheard of). I get my cleanings regularly it normally takes more than 5 minutes.

5. The girl that was advised by the dentist to polish my teeth and floss them did not floss my teeth properly. She skipped some teeth and had floss stuck in between my back teeth. I ended up flossing my teeth properly before I left.

Overall this was a horrible experience.

I broke a tooth in half. The front part was firmly in place but the back half was moving like a loose tooth. Called two other dentists. Explained the problem and the pain. One could see me in three weeks and the other said four weeks. Not to fix the tooth, just for consultations! I called Now Dentistry on Wednesday. Had the consultation on Thursday and had the tooth removed on Friday. Absolutely no problems after the extraction. Thank you so much.

I went here primarily to have a dental implant after cracking a tooth. I have no complaints about the services performed. There were issues with scheduling and bill payment. I sent a check which was never cashed and then got a letter threatening collection action. Maybe their staff should check the mail more diligently.

Amazing staff with amazing service. Got my wisdom teeth pulled real quick and a couple fillings done and didn't feel a thing. Also very lgbtqia+ friendly which is super nice 🥰

I got 5 wisdom teeth removed and Dr.Elnadi did the extraction beautifully with as little pain as possible. He made sure I was as numb as possible when he did it. I would recommend coming here if you want great results.

Had a root canal and fillings done on a walk in appt and was in and out Dr. Elnadi and staff were great. Ebony was very helpful in explaining what my insurance covers and ensuring I was able to be covered for what I needed done. I highly recommend Now Dentistry to anyone who needs prompt emergency care and routine care.

For someone who is terrified of the dentist, Dr Elnadi was excellent, patient with me and great with communication. I will return for future appointments! Staff was excellent! And they play great music, which helped me relax

I always feel like I have friends at the clinic. They are all extremely competent, dentists and technicians alike. If going to the dentist can't be fun at least it can be pleasant.

My appointment today was great.. Dr. Elnadi has a great bed side manor and calming spirit.. when i felt anything he was on it.. so grateful.. see u in 3 months Now Dentistry.. My Dentist forever !!!
