I love this dentist office . The staff is very attentive and also they move at a speedy pace. That’s what I like. Ebony was really pleasant and relatable to fact of having great experience as some people are so scared. The whole staff is awesome this is my new dentist office for many years to come.

I would have gave no stars if i could. This is the most unprofessional office i have ever spoke with i asked to speak with the usual young lady and was told oh she just a front desk person, but she is a front desk person who helps me and follows through and also listens and does not talk over you. The 2 financial people will not take a message for the provider to ask a dental question on a current patient. i have all the right to get information a from the dentist who went to school and has a license in dentistry in reference to my care. i feel like i was treated unfairly and not given proper care. i have been in healthcare for 22 years and have never been this rude and uncaring about a patient.

My fiancé have alway had cavities on all his teeth. I asked you very well before paying whether all the cavities on his mouth were being taken care of and you said yes. You later said he have two extra cavities which were already there from the time we decided to see a dentist. He got the broken teeth fixed for the second time but another one was destroyed on the front still. You asked him to get a better translator and that’s offensive. I’m the one who pays for his teeth and there’s is no way I would pay or let him get treatment if I didn’t understand what I was being told. Him not understanding English very well doesn’t me I don’t as well. I have been here long enough to understand every word you said.
