I arrived at my appointment to find out I was a week early smh, but they were nice enough to see me anyway. The front desk staff, dental assistant, doctor, financial coordinator, and office manager was were very welcoming and professional! I wasn't expecting to have so much accomplished in one day! Ebony was great! She explained my treatment plan in detail and was able to sign me up for Care Credit right there in the office, it only took 5 minutes! I'm so excited to get my implants! I highly recommend this dental office, and I'm so happy to have found them!
Update: My second visit was awesome! My teeth look so good! They did fillings and fixed my chipped teeth. Now my bite is so even, I can’t wait to get my implants next!

Unfortunately you can’t even trust a dentist anymore. I went to now dentistry for a regular checkup since they were convenient to home. They took X rays and told me that I had 6 cavities that needed to be drilled/filled and I immediately needed a root canal. They quoted me several thousand dollars for the work and were very pushy about scheduling it. This seemed fishy to me since I’ve experienced zero issues with my teeth. So I said I’ll think about it and asked for copies of the X rays. They said they would email them to me, they didn’t. I had to call and ask 3 more times until they reluctantly did. I went to a family friend who is an endodontist, he took x rays again and confirmed my suspicions. I have zero cavities and do not need a root canal “not even close” were his words. So I went to SECOND dentist for a cleaning who also looked at my X rays and did new ones. He informed me that this is very common with dentists, they will tell you you need XYZ work done and then will drill into your teeth for no reason other than to charge you and your insurance. Beware of this office and practice, I’m shocked more people haven’t caught on by now. This office has then told me that they were immediately responsive however I requested the X rays multiple times (all via email so it is documented) and it took them over a week and multiple calls/emails to get them. They will be reported to the better business bureau, MD state licensing and department of health.
