The Brookline Dental Center offers a very pleasant, clean environment. The support staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. The dental hygiene care I have received is very competently and sensitively delivered. I could not have dreamed of a better skilled, kind, more gentle dentist for the repair of cavities, crowns, bridges, and other significant dental matters. I am grateful to have access to such fine care.

Yesterday, I had a temporary crown put on. The charge on my credit card from that day was $900, because my insurance covered $800. The crown fell out, unprovoked, three hours later. I called the main number at 5:30pm, and I was directed to an “on call” coverage number for dental emergencies. I left a message and was never called back. I also sent a text to the center with a picture of the tooth. No response. They open at 8am. At 9am the next morning, after a rather uncomfortable night, I called the office. No apology, no acknowledgement of my prior messages. The had one available appointment at the exact time I was to meet with my boss (2:30pm). I said this was an emergency. No response. I ended up going to the employee health and having a dentist there do an emergent re-cap. No one has called me back to see if I am ok.

I have been a patient at Brookline Dental Center for a relatively short time, but I want to say how professional, thorough and friendly the BDC staff has been to me. The accommodating folks at the front desk and my superb hygienist Regina have made my visits most enjoyable. I particularly want to thank and recommend Dr, Michael Stangler for his superb professional expertise, his patient and thorough explanations of all dental procedures and options to me, and his friendly chair side manner. I highly recommend these consummate professionals!

I had a great experience when I recently had my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist Regina was great. Very competent and nice. The dentist, Dr Rasool was very pleasant and I felt I was in the hands of someone who I had confidence in. I don’t feel nervous going to the dentist there. The office is pleasant and clean too.

Dr. Rasool and his staff are the best. I have never had a dentist that I liked until we came to Brookline Dental Center several years ago. This has been the best dental care for our whole family. He is kind and skilled and never seems harried or rushed. Nargas, at the desk is always warm and friendly, and Michelle (with whom we spend the most time) is awesome in every way!

I met my Dr. Ortiz and Dr. Crohin. They were very professional and addressed the concerns and potential issues for my tooth that I myself did not even thought of. I am glad I found these great doctors.
BTW, the parking is easy to find right on street :-)

I have been coming to Brookline Dental Center for nearly 8 years, and each time I go for a cleaning the hygienists and Dr. Rasool (or whichever dentist examines me) are friendly, tell me exactly what's going on in my mouth, and know me as a person, asking after my kids and husband. They are professional and make going to the dentist less of a chore and more if something I don't mind doing twice a year. I highly recommend this practice!
