Fantastic service at my first appointment today. The staff at the front desk were very polite and assisted in organizing my required treatment promptly. Dentist and dental technician were exceptional. I entered feeling rather nervous and they took the time to explain my treatment plan and put me at ease! they are the best!!! Very easy to get an appointment, consistent/transparent pricing. Most importantly they do great work and are so kind and communicative. Truly incredible dental team. Especially Dr.Sridhar who is so talented and very considerate. So lucky to have found this practice! Highly recommend coming here! Also, the practice is predominantly women across all positions so I felt incredibly welcome!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiling, helpful faces. I instantly knew that I had chosen the right dental office to become a patient. I was then taken into the exam room by a lovely dental assistant named Sheila. Sheila was outstanding and knowledgeable and, with her warm and charismatic demeanor, took my anxiety level from a 10 to a 5. Dr. Millen was outstanding. Dr. Millen has a wonderful chair side manner. He is extremely clear, detailed, and caring. I am extremely happy I chose Newbury Dental Associates as my dental provider. I look forward to the care they will provide throughout my dental journey. Stella and all of the front desk staff were fantastic and eager to help with working around my schedule.

Dr. Monin was most forthcoming with answers to my questions regarding the state of my dental health, and going forward, how to maintain a healthy set of teeth. My overall experience was decent at the clinic. The staff were helpful and prompt. However, my experience with Dr. Joseph Somboonthum and the dental assistant was unfortunately unprofessional, as not only did he probe the painful areas inappropriately causing further aggravation and inflammation, but he also undermined the severity of my pain; disregarding my concerns without providing adequate solutions. My wife also had a similar experience with him.
Both my wife and I had interesting experiences with the dental assistant, as we both witnessed her violate HIPPA protections by showing us the appointment schedule with patient names and other patient x-rays.
I would like to end on a positive note and say that I have previously visited this clinic with Dr. David Monin. I can say that he was extremely respectful and prompt with his assessments, and I have no remarks from that experience.

Dr. Daher was kind, comprehensive, and caring. Although I have a complicated case, he took the time to assess my dental plan, answered my questions fully, and even stayed with me while I searched for the ENT He referred me to. I have hesitated moving forward with care for a long time due to poor experiences at the dentist. I walked out of his office feeling confident in my care and accomplished for doing something I have held off for a long. This made my day!

Dr Millien’s team are truly professional from top to bottom. I have been going there for over 10 years and I have brought my family to their practice. I highly recommend them to anyone that has tried the rest but now needs to try the best.

cool location (multiple floors in an brownstone building), very nice staff all the way around. The Dentists are very nice and work not too fast - not too slow. Their assistants have all been very capable as well, and seem to work very well with the Dentists.
