Doctor is very informative and good but the front staff is really destroying this facility reputation. Multiple times I’ve had to re schedule because they screw schedule up. I got a call to confirm my appointment for the next day which I questioned because I knew my appointment wasn’t until another month but I still said yes and made arrangements at work to make it. When I get there I was told I had no appointment after I had confirmed. Then my next appointment was given to me for 8 am, I show up at 8 am and the place doesn’t even open till 9! Horrible! Will be looking into another dental place !

The worst office I have ever gone to. I've been dealing with this office for several weeks now and I have not had a single positive interaction. My son went to another location within the same dental group (Children and Family dentistry and braces) for routine cleaning and we were referred to the Holyoke location because we wanted to use the nitrous oxide for his first filling. Oh man. When we finally got the appointment, my kid went with their dad to the consult and I got a phone call during the visit because, despite their sister office booking the appointment, sending records and x-rays, and my ex explaining the reason for the visit, the Holyoke office was utterly clueless about my son's appointment. I had to explain multiple times he is not a new patient, he is established, all his records and x-rays had been sent. So they argue and say he's new, they don't know what I'm talking about, he needs a cleaning, and xrays (which he doesn't). I called the office we originally used and now they got involved. This one afternoon took well over an hour and more than 4 phone calls to Holyoke and 2 with Ludlow to sort out and ultimately Holyoke admitted they were wrong because they did have all the information, he was an established client who recent had x-rays and a cleaning, and we would need to rebook and have another visit for the consult. Y'all, this was for one, maybe two fillings. So they book us again but unfortunately, it was on a day the dentist wasn't even there so they book us a third time (for the same consult) and my son and his dad we told there were a couple of cavities and they would need to be filled. Finally, right? Nah. Three-ish weeks later, it's finally time for his filling. Followed all the instructions, I'd spoken with them numerous times, the whole shebang. Well, turns out, the doctor refuses to let anyone else back there with the child being sedated, just one parent. At no point during any of the previous 4+ phone calls did anyone mention that despite my other child being present the entire time. I completely understand the protocol and rationale, that is not my issue. The problem is, we absolutely should have been informed. Well, it doesn't even end here. So my son goes for his filling but wait! It's now an extraction! ....what?! So they changed the treatment plan, swear they said that at the last visit which my son, daughter, and their dad were present and all three of them agreed: it was supposed to be drilled and filled. Normally I'd believe the doctor but they literally screwed up at every. single. step. I'd already given the office the benefit of the doubt when they said they didn't receive the records or x-rays and they'd been wrong at least 3x up to this point. This was the first my son was told his tooth was being pulled. Super condescending staff that had no accountability whatsoever. Because his tooth was really bothering him and the previous dentists said an extraction could be possible, it wasn't super shocked by the need to pull it but rather, upset at the gaslighting by the doctor and office. The tooth was pulled and now my son has a deep gash and two 1in cuts on his lip now causing his lip to triple in size. They also somehow "found" 5 additional cavities that neither of his previous two dentists saw (we moved and switched so this is the third dentist in 6 months) and they want him to come back for 3-4 more visits. When they asked me to go make another appointment for him I took my kids and left. We will not be back. Even after this visit, just requesting a records release was a headache that went in circles, Me: "I need a records release mailed to my house so I can get his records" Office staff: "I can't send you that. You need to sign a records release first." Circles. There was not a single positive interaction with this office. The first thing I did when I got home from the visit was find my kids a new pediatric dentist. This is the WORST office I've had the misfortune to go to. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Utterly incompetent.

Professionally caring and attentive! I came in with an emergency and they made me a new patient and treated me as if I've been a patient there the whole time and made me feel relaxed. The whole staff is very friendly and understanding. But I'd like to personally thank Dr. T for his extended patience with the details of my care.. and assistant Skye who compassionately helped me through each step of my process of care and understands even grown-ups can be weary of being at the dentist. Thank you so much Children & Family!

My name is Vuong Nguyen, DOB 09/05/1997.
I just got an oral surgery around 2pm and the surgeon assistant told me she will send prescriptions to my local CVS located Belmon ave in Springfield.
I just checked with them and CVS said there is nothing sent over. My bleeding didn’t stop and I can’t open my mouth, as soon as I opened my mouth blood will come out, please help!!!!

I haven't been a patient, but I feel as though I was. I shared every appointment with my husband Jack. I'd like to thank every doctor and nurse who treated him with respect and caring. His teeth are beautiful and we both left in tears with happiness. From the office staff, receptionists, to the assistants and dentists. You were all amazing and we love you. Thank you for everything. I have and will continue to recommend you to others.😁
