I appreciate the Gentle and caring touch ;as well as professional care I received at arch dental. One of the hygienist walked me through the cleaning process of how they sterilize there tools before use and after use which reassuring me that they were committed to high standards of safe and healthy procedures for all there patients and state regulations.

Arch Dental Care deserves an A+ because Manda, the hygenist, is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and has a very professional style. She answers your questions and gives you suggestions. She does things a little different but it's all worth it in the long run. Also, the staff is very accomodating and pleasant.

I have been here twice (Northampton Office), and I am happy with my experience. Both times they did listen, and they were great with the work I needed done. People need to understand this is a business and sometimes you have to wait because you just don't know what is going to happen. I would recommend them. The staff are very kind and easy to work with. The Dentist are kind as well. Thank you!

Ok dentist to much multitasking for my likeing makes me nervouse having a tooth pulled then having to wait for the doc to go assist another patient then come back to finish me it just seems a bit crazzy to me and non sterile germs are real .Also they just need to be more intuned with on patient and finish that one. Then work on the next one. They need to use hand sanitizer or wash there hands after tuching different people and before the put in any new gloves to work with a patient .very pricey as well... and the ladys behimd the office front desk need to be dressed more appropriate ,, if they adjust those situations it would be a amazing family dental clinic...

Chipped my front tooth and Arch contacted on Monday in the morning to schedule me that day to fix. Polite/effective front desk, Doctor was on point and fixed my tooth right then and there. I hate going to the dentist and reading some of these negative comments I was worried but, after going I'm wondering whats wrong with the people writing negative comments and not Arch. Maybe they are short staffed and you have to wait a little longer but it was worth it. Facility was clean, x-rays were handled professionally and quick and the dental assistant moved me through the process providing comfort and information.
