Dr. Gianino makes going to the dentist very easy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! They are willing to work around your schedule and even help take care of your child while you get your teeth cleaned!

It has been far too long since I've made my dental health a priority. I was very anxious about the extent of work I would need. Entering Dr.Gianino's office put me right at ease. The office staff is so sweet and welcoming! Dr. Gianino really takes the time to see the whole picture and personalize your care. So thankful I found this office!!!

There is a big sign in the office advertising $25 off your bill for a positive review left online. So keep that in mind when reading positive reviews.

I came in about a brown spot on my tooth, and left being told I needed $1500 in dental work- something that the dentist I ended up going to for a second opinion absolutely disagreed with! (it was a small cosmetic stain!)

I had a concern about a small issue that was important to me, Dr. Gianino looked over my head, asked the hygienist "have you ever even HEARD of someone being worried about that?" and rolled his eyes. It was embarrassing, and it's not how a medical professional should EVER act when asked a question by a patient! I could not believe a dentist would treat a patient so rudely.

They staff was amazing , the dentist and laura was amazing !

I called the office last week as a new patient, I explained to them that I had a cracked tooth, and had severe dental phobia. They saw me that day for a visit, explained that what I had done was not the end of the world, and that if i trusted them to help me they knew that they could do the necessary procedure while helping me to stay calm and all the while addressing my phobia. The procedure that I had took about 2 hours and to be honest with a combination of a terrific bed side manner and awesome and understanding attention to me and my needs the procedure went excellent. I would highly reccomend this office to anyone including those who are struggling with a dental phobia.

The best way to describe how good Dr. Gianino and his staff are is to tell some personal stories. About a year ago, our family moved from Massachusetts to Washington state. One of the first things our 5 children (then ages 7-16) said was, "But that means we won't get to go to Dr. G any more!" If children can love a dentist, anyone can. I had reason to contact their office a few weeks ago. They remembered me and my family and said they missed all of us and wished us well. I wish I could move them all to Washington. If that were not enough, we have received multiple cards for holidays and birthdays, even though we are no longer patients there. Every business should be run this way. We love Dr. G and his caring staff!

My first visit at Dr. D. Gianino dental office the young lady at the desk greeted me as if I was a family member, very friendly and courteous.

Because of all these wonderful reviews I will be a new patient here. I am completely terrified of dentists. There is only one dentist that has been able to change that for me, but she is out of state. Unfortunately I have wisdom teeth coming in which is bad news for someone who is afraid of the dentist and pain. But I'm so happy to see how many people have changed their view of dentistry after receiving such amazing experiences.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've never had this amount of support from a dentist and his team. Every bit of work that has had to be done has been presented to me, thoroughly explained, and a financial workup done taking into consideration my current benefits that are left for the year. This allows me to plan financially and also postpone procedures when my benefits are up. Heather does a great job every time with cleanings and lets me know what I need to work on in a gentle and non-shaming way. Karen is friendly no matter how early in the morning it is. I can't say enough about Jen and Tia at the front desk. They are inviting, friendly, organized, and informative.

I cannot even say enough nice things about Dr. Gianino and his staff. I have such severe anxiety about going to the dentist (not the dentists themselves but the procedures) that I literally have panic attacks while in office and have to have my mother come with me every single time!! Recently, I found out that I had to have a procedure done that literally, was my WORST fear!! After having such a bad anxiety attack and sobbing like a child in the office chair, Dr. Gianino and his staff were so accomodating, caring, concerned and patient with me (I'm surprised they all didn't need to go have a "drink" after the whole ordeal lol) that I must say how truly thankful I am that the experience I had was actually more pleasant than getting a stinkin filling!! I cannot thank you all enough!!! I may never get over my anxieties of going to the dentist but knowing that I am going to a place where my fears are understood and they do the best they can to get me where I need to be is a blessing. If you are in search of a dentist, please don't hesitate with this office, you will not be disappointed!
