Came two times for my kids braces to be fix because they fall off and they didn’t see him because mistakes been make during the appointment process, very frustrating no organization at all

By far the most kind staff I have encountered! My experience here was phenomenal! I was attended by Melissa and Dr. Lynn fantastic job done by both of them as they both were attentive and nice. The service I received by them both was amazing. I will defiantly be coming back here for my cleanings. Amazing staff and Dr.

All of the staff was polite and friendly at both appointments i had, I had a wonderful experience at both of my appointments. The doctor as well as the hygienist were very kind and gentle with the dental care. I would 10/10 recommend this office.

I had received a text message prior to that day saying to respond with C to confirm my appointment which I did. Went in for my 5pm appointment on October 26,2021 and was told that because I didn’t confirm,it was cancelled. The lady at the front seat then told me that their system had been having some problems so they didn’t receive some notifications so wasn’t my fault. I had to wait for more than 30mins to see if the next appointment would come in before I was put into the system for that day. I was called in and sat in a room to wait for the doctor which took another 30mins and when he finally came, a lady came in with him and told me that before they can start the appointment,I have to pay $185 that minute for my cavities. I was never told when the original appointment was made that I had to pay money before the appointment started and even when the lady at the front desk added me in,she never said a word so I waited for over an hour just for them to tell me I had to pay or no services. The lady called it the copay and in my head I was like every hospital setting I’ve gone to,I’ve either not paid a copay or the most I’ve paid is $25 and that’s an ACTUAL hospital. They also couldn’t do a payment plan so I left without doing what I was supposed to get done after spending money to get there and waiting for over an hour. That customer service was sooooo bad on that day and I’m really thinking of switching back to my previous dentist doctor because this wasn’t it. I’ve never had any problems with them before but this right here made me so angry,I had to say something.

The dentist Navtej kang is terrible at his job mark my words if you let him drill your teeth in a couple months your teeth will be in pain trust me worst dentist guy ever, then they prescribed me without wash and the lady in the front desk said she was gonna call the pharmacy for the cvs I would like the mouth wash to be sent to and then she would call me back , I waiting 20 mins and call them and they where close I’m in pain and there just taking it as a joke !

Doesnt deserve any stars not very good at keeping appointment there always calling to reschedule. I had a temporary crown that fell out and I called them to see if I could come in and get it fixed they said they have available time in November. Yea ok not happening the nerve of my tooth was exposed and I am in pain they told me to come in Friday at 1 and now they are in a meeting until 1:30 there is no sign up saying that there is a staff meeting I definitely wouldn't recommend this place they used to be so good. Dont come here they are horrible my kids that they use to not hurt now they hurt you

Best dental care I have ever received. Very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Especially Dr Lynn and Melissa. Would highly recommend to anyone !!

I've been coming here for years. About 1 1/2 years ago this office changed it's name and ownership and we have seen such a great improvement since. We love coming here the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. My daughter recently started orthodontic treatment here as well. Very convenient to have everything in the same office.

(Kristin agave not Christian) Doctor ANA is amazing!she's so nice and She does the fillings perfectly ! She explains everything to you she's a really great dentist! You never have to wait long they are always on time...everyone else there is so nice too! The cleaning was done thoroughly and gently too by the hygienist... the x Ray girl was really nice too and made me very comfortable.. They give you appointments very quickly as soon as next day sometimes. Doctor ana is so nice and professional she's gentle with everything I usually hate fillings but she makes u feel comfortable as well as the other staff do also... even the front desk is so pleasant... I'm going to stick with this place long-term!! I don't have kids but it's very kid friendly also...I recommend everyone go here!!!

Really bad experience at this place had to change my children to another dentist office . This place need to get their professional staff organized. My personal opinion I don’t recommend this place.I’ve never experienced this treatment at any place before. The staff all they do is walk around talk to each other fool around wild the waiting area is full of patience waiting to be called!
