The worst office I have ever dealt with... they clearly don’t know what they are doing . I & my daughter have had the worst experience. I’m so sorry I got her braces there can't wait to be done with the treatment plan. When your a good paying customer & have spent over $5000 you would expect the people that work there to be knowledgeable! They are clueless & the rudest ppl I have ever dealt with. Would never recommend this office to anyone for braces. There are so many other places that are reputable & knowledgeable Orthodontists. Save yourself the stress & don’t spend your money there.

It is the worst front staff that I ever seen. My 7 years old have an appointment at 4PM today. Without any notice, My son appointment was cancel, because the Doctor that my Son had appointment with have been out of the office for all day due to some kind of Emergency. We understand that. Now, We have to re schedule my Son appointment which is OK, too. But Nothing available until July. Now my question is :" If the Doctor was out of the office for all day. Should the staff call and Let' s patient who have appointment with that unavailable Doctor know that their appointment have been cancel?" Don't wait until they came and tell them ;" oh your appointment have been cancel". It is an disappointment and unprofessional. This is not the first time that WE experience with the unprofessional Staff at this Office. They are mean. I guessed maybe because we are not Hispanic or Latino.

It's a terrible terrible dentistry. We went here because of some recommendations from friends. Worst dentistry ever. You have to keep all your receipts because they keep charging you for services you already paid off. The accountant is rude and it's like your doing her a favor to go here. The bathroom is in the worst state. I think they usually take Mass health patients and are charging us all this extra because we have MetLife. Unfortunately we already paid the yearly deductible and are stuck with them for this year. The dental assistants are ok, it's the reception and office assistant that sucks. We can't wait to get a new dentistry.

My experience at this place was not pleasant
I have gotten several cleanings , several x-rays and a filling from this establishment and come to find out they have diagnose what was going on with my teeth incorrectly because of this I was led to go to get a second opinion and they found that I needed a root canal and I had an abscess ! The dentist here never said I had an abscess told me I needed two new crowns this is after taking x-rays of my teeth ! If I gotten a crown first and then realized I had an abscess after that only would’ve been major issues for my teeth but major money that I would’ve had to put out !
I did not like how unprofessional and how they handled my case when he came to my teeth . I was a dental assistant or 3 1/2 years and something told me to get an a second opinion and something wasn’t right! I had several doctors look at my teeth and no one told me anything about two root canals or Abscess .
Also I had to reschedule an appointment due to other medical issues in this please called me every day nonstop to reschedule even when I told him that I would give them a call back and reschedule when I was ready the front desk girls were not pleasant besides one girl and they weren’t accommodating everything at this place is not up to date and I would never return and I would not recommend for anyone To go to this place or send their family and children here!

Had a great experience at Children Family Dentistry and brace of Lynn. 1st visit was awesome! Front staff helped get my insurance situated with no issuee. My assistant Cindy was very patient with me during the x-ray and so was the Hygienist durning my cleaning. Dr. Nisreen came in for my exam and I fell like I left the office with New Knowledge, a New Experience and a New Smile. Completely recommend coming to this office. They have the Best Team.

I can’t even explain how grateful I am to be able to bring my daughter and myself to such a delightful place for dentistry, orthodontist, oral surgery, and even invisilign. The bedside manner of the dentist is so amazing. He changed the way I look at myself. For that I am forever grateful to this practice. The convience of having it all in one practice makes it even more special. But it’s the people there that really make me want to come back to continue my dental work. If you are in need of everything all in one for you and your children this is the place to go. The energy is so pure and that says a lot. I want to give a shoutout to my peeps that made my front teeth make me want to smile again. I love you Lynn for making the world a better place to live and for actually caring about your patients. The experience was outstanding. The staff made sure I was comfortable, they were friendly, and tended to my needs. I highly recommend children and family dentistry and braces of Lynn. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

For my 2 year old, I’d give them 5 stars, they were very friendly with her and they tried their best to make her feel comfortable in order for them to clean her teeth. But on the other hand, for both my appointments I’m not too happy. First visit, the hygienist Kevin kept rushing me! From escorting me to the x-ray room to cleaning my teeth. He had no patience, he’d ask me “Do you have any questions?” And when I respond he said “OK don’t worry. The dentist will tell you. It’s ok, we take care of it.” He took 10 minutes getting the x-ray machine ready for me after repeatedly saying “Ok hold on it’s not ready yet. OK OK come in come in. OK never mind hold on, not yet.” He told me to stand there while he moves the machine to hover over me, it hit my head! No apologies, all he did was suck his teeth and said “Ok hold on, not done.” Second visit was for my extraction of all 4 of my wisdom teeth. First of all for this extraction you are required to bring someone with you to assist you afterwards for driving and etc. I was not aware of this requirement NOR was I told! I would’ve went to my appointment alone and then pushed to reschedule! I called back to complain because I’m sure that’s a pretty important detail that was missed out when scheduling my appointment! Although “do not eat 2 hours before your appointment “ I guess was more important. Receptionist had no response to give me besides having the receptionist who originally set up my appointment give me a call back. Came in for my appointment, was told I’m not being put to sleep. If I’d like to be put to sleep I’d have to reschedule and be sent out of office. Isn’t that something I should’ve been able to decide myself? They should have gave me an option! That’s ridiculous! So while awake but numb during the extraction, oral surgeon was not friendly, seemed annoyed and did not pay attention to me when I said he’s hurting my lip. Afterwards I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and turns out his tool was stabbing me on my right side of the lip just like how I was suspecting and I was bleeding! There was blood on the side of my cheek. And all they said to me was “I’ll put Vaseline on there for you.”

I found Children’s Family Dentistry of Lynn to be exceptional in every way. It is was one the friendliest dental offices I have ever been to. Professional, personable staff Great place

Honestly one of the best places to go for dental care, I've been to multiple places in Lynn and they were ether rough or rude, all of the people in this dentist is 10000% nice, and professional. I went a couple days ago best expierance I had at a dentist strongly recommend going here.
