When I was younger I went to this dentist office back when it was Small Smiles and I can tell you the way they operated the company was suspicious. Their customer service was awful. You waited for hours to get your cleanings and fillings, staff members were rude, and the hygienists were inattentive.

When I got cleanings there I always had cavities because I didn’t always brush my teeth.

The last cleaning I had, I was told that I had three cavities, but my mother was unsatisfied with their customer service and decided to take me elsewhere.

At my new dentist office, they concluded that I did not have any of the cavities they said I had.

This made me question if my previous cavities were genuinely diagnosed. In my experience this place was giving me false diagnoses to get money from my insurance.

I would NOT recommend this place even under the new name and new owner.

Amazing experience at this office!! Very fast and staff was very attentive. Hygienist and doctor took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. The office manager was extremely nice and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in! Will definitely come back and definitely recommend!!

I love this place!!! I was there today with my 2 boys and they had a great experience! The staff is very professional, caring and you don't have to wait long time to being seen.

Today we saw Danielle and Dr. Nisreen and even though my 2 years old was crying and kicking, they were patient and sweet with him and he left happy playing with the little airplane that they gave him.

My oldest son is 9 and he loves Jessica ( office manager). He is so happy to show her his dancing moves and talking to her that he is always asking when is his next appointment!

I strongly recommend this place !!!

I've had many issues with them prior to covid. But still continue to go because i want the braces treatment for my brother to be done. Im just annoyed because almost evertime i make an appointment it gets changed i do not know if they are putting people in those slots or what but luckily i dont have to miss this appointment this time. I wrote down on my calendar the date and time and they just told me nothing was booked then when i asked. I just hope this gets fixed or regulated.

Until recently, I really loved this place. But lately they've been terrible. They scanned me for refinements for my invisalign in August and told me they'd call me when they arrive. I called back in September since I hadn't heard back and they told me the scans were lost and I had to come in to get scanned again. Once again, they said they'd call when they arrive. I waited a month and received no call so I called again. They told me the trays didn't arrive and they'd call me to let me know when they'd get there. It's now November and I've been calling trying to get information on this. I'm usually left on hold and when they do answer me they say they'll call me back. Once I get my refinements, I plan on moving to another location. Don't bother with this place.

This place was so kind. I wasn't doing any checkups for my teeth, but they let me in for my sister. She said it was confortable and easy to get them cleaned.They had also given me a nice chair to sit in. One of the dentist's were especially kind. She talked with a very nice tone and seemed to enjoy her job. All the dentist's did. Which was also reasurring in a sense.

The best dentist I have ever been to. They take the time to explain everything. The office itself is very clean and smells very good :). The staff are amazing. The waiting room is equipped with a big Tv, so watch TV while waiting on your children to be done.
I recommend this office to everyone!!!

Amazing Front desk staff, they know exactly how to treat another human being. No matter how many questions we have they all have answers and there very patient. I'm a Patient as well and I got treated very quickly , and they cared for me like if I was there own family member or child! They just go above and beyond. You can tell they take pride on what they do.

I love this Dental office.They are the nicest staff. Very quick with appointments scheduling. You do no have to wait long. I had all dentists in this practice & all very good. Had every kind of procedure done & never had a problem or complaint.So check them out & you won’t regret it.

Juan is amazing! Always makes sure I have everything that I need and that nothing is bothering me with my braces . He’s friendly , kind, and always building conversations to make everyone feel comfortable in the process . Hes very dedicated and and works hard in order to get the job done.
