I have to say that this is the best experience I have had with a dentist. They were so clean, cautious and very kind. I was in an out for a tooth extraction. Never felt the novacaine given and that I truly hate to get. This was the best overall experience I have had. So glad I changed dentists!!

I was attracted to the office by the cheerful pictures online. They are an excellent representation of how the employees present in person. I had my teeth cleaned by Katie and she was lovely!! I had a great first visit!

Carolina is genuinely friendly and customer service driven. She deserves a promotion! I forgot the name of the person with whom I had cleaning with, but she too was very informative and helped me understand many aspects of the dental health recovery and how important it is.

The dentist's are great. It's the new office staff that is the problem. When I started going here Dr. Leader owned the practice. Then he sold it to 2 dentists that he had trained in dental school. The Original secretary is great and she is still working there. The new secretary's are all over the place and seem to not know what they are doing. Appointments are rescheduled and clearly this is not good. My whole family goes here and we now all are looking for another dentist. This practice really needs some help in the office part.

I have known Dr. Daria for a very long time and there is no doubt that she is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and skilled dentists out there. She is very gentle and takes time to explain everything so there is very little questions to be asked. She is very approachable and will even call you back at home if you have a question and don't have time to come into the office. She also did Botox for my husband and I and the results are amazing! Her office is immaculate, everything is always clean, updated and beautiful. It has a "at home" atmosphere, especially when they give you noise cancelling headphones and let you watch NetFlix during procedures! D2 also validates parking up to 2 hours across the street at the CBD garage, which is a huge plus because it's always tough to find parking in the heart of the city. HIGHLY recommend!

I'm so glad I found D2!! The staff is wonderful, hygienist and doctor were so kind and understanding. They have a modern, updated office with newest equipment and comfy chairs. Everyone always has a smile on their face and treated me with respect. Highly recommend!

Went in for cleaning and x-rays. Friendly staff and everything went well. No pain or discomfort (which has happened to me at other practices).
My daughters (5 & 7) also go to this practice. I took my daughter in because she lost a tooth but the root was still attached. By the time we got there (it happened on Saturday or Sunday and we went in Monday), the root had atrophied and fallen out but I decided not the cancel because she had hit her mouth and knocked it out. But the dentist proceeded to explain that "children's teeth fall out at this age and it's normal..." as if that was my issue. I responded that I know their teeth fall out (she had already lost 2) and that my concerns had been the root--which I recognized was no longer there--and the potential injury.
After I left, I was still fuming from what seemed like condescending treatment so I called to leave some negative feedback about my visit. What happened next was shocking.
The woman at the front desk took my feedback, shared it with the dentist, AND I received a call back from the dentist (although I did not ask for nor expect one) within 5 minutes. He gave a sincere apology, acknowledged my concerns, offered clarification, answered remaining questions, etc.
It's not easy to respond to critical feedback without being defensive but definitely a great trait and one that I appreciate.

Walked in. Smells good. Everyone smiling. Everyone friendly and personable. Dental hygienist spoke with me and conversated with me the whole time. Very clean and bright environment and very friendly staff. And the staff is very very knowledgeable. Will recommend to family and friends!

Update: I had a bad situation before hand but, D2 dental cleared it up and treated me with the most respect at my following appointment. Everyone is extremely professional and I truly couldn't be more appreciative of them and there work. Thanks guys for a great experience back!

I have been going here for many years. The dentists are great and very pleasant. And I don't avoid getting a cleaning anymore, the hygienists are wonderful. Very nice office, overall.
