I'm a lifetime patient of the Center for Advanced Dental Care. Making appointments is easy, the staff is friendly and the office is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I feel highly confident in the technicians and with Dr. Kaplan, knowing that I am in good hands in their dentist's chair. Moreover, the staff continues to educate me, empowering me to have healthy teeth and gums.

Good covid precautions, good dental hygienist
I was required to wash my hands and use a mouth rinse before we started. Air filter going near by my head. One possible change in procedure was that my mouth was never sprayed with water (which would send droplets into the air). Instead I rinsed my mouth out several times from an automatically filled cup, and spit it into a drain far from the hygienist. Worked fine. Made me confident she was not getting covid from someone else to then pass it to me.

I recently had my teeth cleaned and given all of the safety precautions the team is taking and the investment in protective equipment I felt completely at ease. I would highly recommend this dental practice. The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly and the hygienists really do a fantastic job.I tell all family and friends that are looking for a new dental home that this is the place!

Always prompt and professional, with excellent results!
As usual, I was treated with courtesy. I waited in an empty waiting room, and was taken in promptly. This is an office in which I've never been kept waiting. They run on time. I came for a routine teeth cleaning with my usual hygienist, Karen, who is excellent and teaches others professionally at a local university. The room was immaculately clean, with all precautions for COVID. Karen took extra time to educate me about using a Water Pik, which I'm thinking of getting. You can have confidence coming here. I'm so glad I found this practice. :-)

I have been going to Dr. Kaplan for over 20 years. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is at this practice. The front office folks, Cheryl and Ashley, are always friendly, kind, empathetic, and accommodating. Cheryl got help for me recently when I had an emergency and the office was closed... Dr. Ford came in on her day off to take care of me. Alison does my cleanings, and never judges or reprimands me when I haven't been the most reliable flosser. I recently decided I wanted to spiff up my smile, and asked Dr. Kaplan about veneers. He spent time explaining the process and what to expect, and I decided to go ahead with it. He and his trusty Dental Assistant, Mariah, meticulously planned and executed my treatment, and now I have a gorgeous, sparkling smile! Dr. Ford used to be Dr. Kaplan's Dental Assistant, but learned so much from working with him, she decided to become a dentist herself. That says quite a lot about Dr. Kaplan and his willingness - no - happiness - to mentor his staff. I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone is at the Center for Advanced Dental Care, but I think you've got the idea. Go to them!

I had my 6 month cleaning with Liane and she is absolutely fabulous. So professional, personable and knowledgeable!!! The entire staff at Dr. Kaplans office is awesome!!!!!! Center for Advanced Dental Care makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
