I came here due to an emergency during the stay-at-home COVID-19 period. I stayed for the following treatment (crown). I got my temporary crown installed and so far my experience was positive (the pricing they gave me was flexible and Dr. tried to find appropriate solution for less money). Notwitstanding a lot of confusion they helped me during the uncertain time. Now when we reopening and the times a bit less stringent I find the personal on Lexington st. is very friendly and nice. Especial thanks to my doctor, Dr. Jang, and Melissa (a visiting assistant from the arlington office).

I have been going there since 2001 and have had several "services" performed over and above semi annual cleanings. Most of the what I call "services" were performed within the first 5 years. Doctor Vanaria and his hygienists over the years have managed my dental needs very well and they keep abreast of particular teeth that they deem may need attention within the next visit or two, which has been a great strategy over the years. I've been more proactive the last 6 or 7 years as to what I can do brushing and flossing etc. due to Dr. Vanaria's insistence on doing my daily part to minimize problems.

For each procedure large or small they require you pay in full before receiving said treatment. With that said they also require you to put a down payment toward your next appointment to "reserve" your appointment. 6/12 I was charged $190 upon arrival for a cleaning that I never received. They looked at my xrays that I had already paid for from a previous visit and called that a "compehensive evaluation". I was gone in 10 minutes with a newly rescheduled "cleaning". I got 10 minutes of a conversation for $190 then charged another $200 on the way out toward my next appointment. Fast forward to my next appointment they tell me I have $140 credit and the woman at the front desk tries giving some convoluted story back tracking everything ive ever paid there and everything they have charged me. created a long math problem and told me I only had $140 toward my next appointment. This place is a tiny odd place that has the feeling they could up and move their whole business in an afternoon. I urge you to seek people who arent in this solely for profits.

Staff is awesome here, very clean and always on time. They def care about their patients and make you feel comfortable for whatever procedure you are getting. I would 100% reccomend!
