Office was very clean, front desk woman was very pleasant and accommodating! Manager stopped by to make sure everything was all right. Dentist performed all worked that was needed, heâs assistant was very helpful. On my other visit their hygienist was unbelievable! Her regular dental cleaning felt more like deep root one! Don't ask your dentist any questions you may have regarding your health, it hurts their egos!
I've been coming here for years and have overlooked a lot but it is absolutely ridiculous that I can't ask questions, express concern, or have a conversation without being accused of questioning their judgement.
You always have to wait 20-30 min after your scheduled appointment to be seen. You have to be adamant on asking what is covered by insurance and what isn't unless you want a big bill.

Make sure you know exactly what your insurance covers! They told me I was âall set, plenty of insurance money still available for the yearâ but after the short procedure I had they hit my with a $240 bill. I explained to them that had I known it was going to cost out of pocket I wouldnât have done it. The procedure wasnât that important. But when I was booking they said might as well do it because you have plenty of money left in your insurance allowance. I asked them to split the bill in half because I was completely unaware of anything out of pocket. They unfortunately said no. The old guy behind the counter said itâs my fault I didnât know. Ok win some lose some I guess but donât trust these mfâs

I am always amazed by assistant's Lana professional qualification who knows what to do without hearing directions from the doctor.
Hygenist, ZIna Gassel, is very thorough. She always advises on how to care best for teeth.
And of course, the face of the office is receptionist Alla who turns a dentist visit into a positive experience. Welcoming smile, warm conversation, willingness to help - her every day attributes. No matter how busy she is, she always finds compassionate words for everyone.Speaking with her on the phone feels like talking to one of my friends.
