My daughter is 11 with and needs A root canal which she was very anxious about and had some serious dental anxiety Dr. E in the family at unique dental were amazing with her and are always accommodating thanks to Jen Dr. E and all the girls in the office thanks-Lindsy

The folks at Unique Dental Care went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my son who attends WPI. His front tooth was pushed back when a friend's elbow hit it by accident. He called home (in Maryland) to tell me what happened and after sending a picture of his mouth to our Orthodontist, she told me that it would be best for my son to see a dentist immediately. This was at 6 PM. Thank goodness for the internet. I made about 8 phone calls to dentists in Worcester...no one would see my son saying it was too late in the day..that they were closed...that they could see him the next day...UNTIL I called Unique Dental Care. Even though there were totally booked until closing at 7, after hearing my pleas...they told me to tell my son to come in. He called UBER and was there in 15 minutes. Thank you Jennifer for your empathy!
My son called me less than an hour later to tell me what wonderful care he received. I appreciate the fact that they cared enough to stay beyond closing to see my son...and that they were so kind and accommodating to him. I highly recommend Unique Dental!

Staff was awesome! Loved there energy, Two young ladys at front desk , to the assistant who was attending me , they really took there time to make sure i felt comfortable and felt at home. Highly recommend this office!

This office is so caring and professional. They answer questions completely and fully explain all procedures. The office staff and dental professionals are a real team. I highly recommend them!

Everyone is awesome! From all the receptionists to the Dr ! Great dentist office. They call and send text message for your reminder appointments. Always friendly 😊

No one listened and did what I needed. A space measured for an implant. As a matter of fact the Dr that came in asked how old my son was(he was getting an xray) I answered 15. He said hes way to young for an implant. He then pretty much walked out of the room. Will not be going back

I feel the response is exactly what I'm talking about. All I needed was a space measured. This is what I asked for when I made the appointment. Also told this to the assistant and two Drs. It was never measured. Now another day off from work to bring my son to another place

Very unprofessional after calling and explaining myself they totally disregard the fact of why I called the rushed my daughter in as new patient to give me an appointment a month out to just tell that they don't do the surgery on children to then refer me to a dentist that does not deal with children at all point blank when ask about receiving all of the paperwork so I can make another appointment well it's now Monday morning and I'm still trying to get the paperwork this was last week you all at the company need to listen to people when they call you

I highly recommend Unique Dental. The staff are always very friendly and kind. Everything, including insurance costs and treatment plans are explained carefully to you.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Dr. Safe was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly, and I was happy with the treatment plan recommended! Great place to go!
