Painless Dentistry - Charlotte

I would love to give this place a 5star. The staff are wonderful. I believe Dr. Wagner is awesome. My Mother actually referred me to this location after I returned to Michigan. But unfortunately, we both saw Dr. Davis recently and if I could give a zero I would. I hate to call someone out like this, but go for a hygiene appointment. Wait for an appointment with Dr. Wagner, but buyer beware if you have to see Dr. Davis. The work he did left me in pain for the last month will I am waiting for my permanent crowns. I have had to have my temporaries fixed 4 times in less than 30 days while waiting.

We've gone to this dentist for 10+ years and unfortunately it's time for a switch. Went for 2 cleanings under the new owners (trying to give it a shot and we LOVE the hygienist Michelle) but just no longer feel confident in their service. Always liked Dr. Wagner too but it's to tough to get him and all the other dentists I knew there have left... Met with a new dentist once and was NOT impressed. And now, because of the pain I've gone through to get my records transferred to our new dentist -- UGH - would NOT recommend!!!! Such a nightmare! I can't even reach anyone in that office - it goes to an "answering service" even during business hours! SO SO FRUSTRATING!

Painless so far. Friendly and open about procedures.

The absolute greatest Dental office ever. Everyone has a smile, they explain everything in human language instead of dental talk. Have has nothing but FANTASTIC HELP!!!

I've been a patient here since 2010. I've always had positive experiences at this office every single visit. The doctors and other staff are very knowledgeable, and they're working toward making the experience even easier and more convenient by allowing people to purchase their prescription-level toothpaste on site instead of having to deal with the pharmacy.

I'm an over the road truck driver by profession so scheduling fillings after a cleaning can be difficult (Since I do it on home time). I was actually able to get in on the same day immediately after my cleaning to get my filling taken care of since I would have been unavailable for the next few months if I had to leave beforehand. They were very kind in working with me to ensure that my needs were taken care of around my hectic schedule.

I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Had a great time getting my face fixed up! and continue to. Made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Heading back soon!

New dentist for me and I've had no issues this far. Everyone has been very nice and helpful and I haven't had to wait too long. Dr Wagner is very nice and good and I like the rest of the staff. Been good so far.

Awful staff and dentist. They treat you like they are better than you. Every time I go in it’s painful. They aren’t gentle at all. Then they blame you because you didn’t floss that one time. Dentist did work on my tooth and it hurt for 2 weeks. And I’m now severely sensitive to cold and hot. He blamed me because of my insurance and I needed to get better insurance to get better work done! They also are always trying to sell me something that costs more when I go in! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Charlotte Family dentistry!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed. The Dr. was very friendly and experienced with what I needed her to be fixed. I would definitely recommend this office.

The WORST dental office ever! Stay away! They lied to me for 10 months claiming that they sent my info to my insurance company for approval for dentures, which they didn't. Then, when they were finally approved, I was on a different insurance and was told that I had to start over! Also, the staff would never call me back and were rude and snotty when I actually got ahold of someone. The dentists are NOT gentle in the least, and not at all sympathetic. I could go on for pages on how horrible they are and I am letting the BBB know as well. Stay away!

I have been a patient at painless since they moved to Charlotte many years ago. they have always treated me like I was there only patient. I haven't had any issues with my insurance an things were always explain to me pretty well.yes they have had some bumps along the way with staffing,it happens.michel has cleaned my teeth for ever and is wonderful.they have also moved Roni up to the front desk to help out.she is like a breath of fresh air,alway happy and willing to help you with problem s.
